Sheets were stained in first room. Not sure if sheets in second room were fresh.

Hotel charged me 200$ more for a damage deposit than Expedia said (what you see now is what you pay), so that was a surprise. Parking was awful, and had to be validated each time you left at 22$. The fire alarm in the room beeped the whole time I was there. The ac automatically readjusted to 74 during the day and it took hours to cool down when I got back. I got caught in the rain on my walk to the hotel from the parking garage about a block away. SO MANY homeless and transients crawling the streets, hooting and hollering, were all over the place hitting me up for money the entire walk from the parking garage to the hotel. Ladies, don’t check in by yourself after dark. The stairwell from the garage to the hotel smelled like complete urine from the vagrants loitering. Absolutely do not recommend for business trip or pleasure.

AC filter was dirty and was very congested my whole stay. Was coughing and had a runny nose. I wanted to swim in the pool but it looked like it hadn't been clean in a long time. Floating hair and leaves were inside.

Nice location downtown, easy walk to dining and events. Parking 2 blocks away in garage for $22 with in/out service.

The location of the property is great. Close to a ton of restaurants and night spots. The staff is amazing. Kudos to the wonderful woman taking care of the breakfast. Daily she went out of her way to take care of us and make sure there was enough left for the 18 of us.

The room was very clean and most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The biggest annoyance was they are doing some construction on the hotel I assume and of course that normally wouldn’t be an issue, but when there is loud banging and construction going on at at 6:30 in the morning it’s not fun. Overall it was a good experience just wish we could sleep in without being bothered.

Good stay. Breakfast is in 2nd floor lobby (kinda different).

The only bad thing is that you have to pay for parking. $22 a night is what it cost me

We live in town, and had our AC break , so I chose the closest place to our neighborhood. I have stayed here before and don't remember it being in quite this state. Great location but, for the price, it could use a face lift. We'll likely choose somewhere else next time. The room was spacious, but didn't feel super clean. There was visible mold in the caulking of the shower and some random hairs on the floor that weren't ours. The carpet was also oddly sticky- hopefully from an improper rinsing from the last cleaning? The state of some of the fixtures and furniture didn't make it feel any more comfortable. The bedcovers were worn and frayed and the beds were squeaky and stiff. The toilet barely flushed and ended up clogging. There was visible rust/ buildup on the shower bench and the handheld shower head would not stop leaking cold water.

Everything was great except the front counter person when I checked in was pretty rude and not friendly her name was Justice it was almost like we were bothering her by coming in but the other staff was great.

The max room rate was 599 and I was billed 679. The staff would not refund the difference and was told to contact the general manager.

The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

It was very noisy at night due to clubs across the street, loud music, loud cars and people screeming. This cintinued until 2 in the morning.

The area is very loud and dirty.
