It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was very nice and the area was nice. The room was great and breakfast was very good!

Very professional staff

We stayed there since it is convenient to appts with UofM hospital. The pool was very warm, the breakfast was hearty and the beds and showers were great.

This place is so ghetto, a lot of homeless people in the area. The room is very old , dirty smell. The AC is so loud and not working properly.

Great customer service, clean and convenient

Property not like photos at all. No air conditioning in hallways or dining area only in rooms. Community surroundings are unsafe. Would like a refund.

Hotel localizado na zona hospitalar dd Miami. Bom buffet de cafe da manhã. Oferece percurso gratuito em carro eletrico pra alguns pontos da cidade. Fica razoavelmente próxima do porto de Miami,e muitos turistas usam para oernoitar antes de cruzeiros (foi o nosso caso).

There was no clock int he room. Also the frosted door on the toilet section was distracting when getting up in the middle of the night as the light shone through waking the other person up.

The hotel was good and the staff was nice but overly helpful.

It was close to nice shopping plaza. The parking garage is tight

Excelente servicio y comodidad

Service at the front desk was very helpful anf kind. Service at the bar area for ordering, was not good. I understand he was busy, but he was short and kind ofnrude with his responses.

Not a good stay we had to change rooms twice and then on the third time they put us on the side of the noisiest part of the hotel facing the freeways. Absolutely horrible this hotel is really also become very run down over the years. The front desk staff tried to accommodate us the best way they could. That's a good hotel if you want to be close to the loan Depot Park however there's several other choices around and I would choose to stay elsewhere.

We selected this hotel because it was close to medical facilities where we had appointments. Staf was very helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable. Met our needs admirably.

During my 2 days stay nobody clean the room

Downtown shopping

Right on the interstate. Two light bulbs out in our room. A little dark, but it will be fine for one night.
