전반적으로 편안하고 친절했습니다~^^

로마 명소 스페인 광장에서 가깝고 숙소가 깨끗했습니다. 모두 친절하셨어요

스페인 광장 근처여서 관광지 돌아다니기 편했습니다. 역에서도 가깝고 주위에 맛집이랑 명품점이 참 많아요. 처음에 놀란 건 고풍스러운 낡은 승강기였어요. 손잡이를 당겨서 여닫는 수동이었는데 전 너무 좋았어요. 전 숙소는 엘리베이터가 아예 없이 나선형 계단을 올라가야 했거든요. 직원들은 정말 친절하셨어요. 단점은 밤에 현관문을 닫는다는 점. 물론 벨을 누르면 열어 주시지만요. 또 저는 싱글룸이었는데 정말 방이 너무너무 작았고 침대도 너무너무 작았어요. 대신 방에 냉장고가 있었고 셀카가 잘 나오는 거울과 조명이 있었어요(셀카 엄청 많이 찍음). 아쉬운 건 전기주전자와 커피머신이 없었다는 점이에요. 아침식사는 좀 늦게 시작되는 편이어서(7:30이 조금 지나서였던가?) 일찍부터 관광을 해야 하는 저는 3박 중에서 하루만 먹었어요. 먹을 건 별로 없더라구요;; 아무튼 제가 생각나는대로 장단점을 써 봤어요! 다시 갈 의향 있음! 로마 가시는 분들 모두 좋은 여행 하세요!

위치는 좋은데 방이 너무 좁아요. 위치가 좋아서 그냥 견디는?? 두 사람이 쓰긴 좁아여

엘리베이터가 노후되었고 방을 제일 끝방을 주었는데 멀면서 미로처럼 되었어요 다는것은 소소

스페인 광장 바로 옆이라 비싸네요. 상점이 거의 7시 8시면 닫아서 굳이 왜 비싸게 여길 예약했나 싶더라구요. 2-3층을 쓰는데 엘리베이터가 70-80년대 영화에 나올법한 문을 수동+자동 형태라 첨에 당황하고 무서웠네요. 7시 이후에는 문을 잠궈서 초인종 누르고 문열어 주면 들어가야 합니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋고 조식도 풍성하고 괜찮았아요. 참고로 조식 못먹을 때 챙겨주는 밀서비스는 없더라구요.

직원분들 태도, 위치, 방의 청결도도 다 좋았으나 방이 조금 작았고 엘레베이터가 좀 무서웠어요!

Everything was great , except the bathroom. It was very narrow with very low areas. Not suitable for a 6’1” person. Not even for a5’6” person.

Tucked away on a quiet street very close to the Spanish Steps. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very nice.

1) The Staff is Extremely Pleasant & Helpful. 2) The Rooms are Very Comfortable & fitted with every comfort imaginable. 3) The Breakfast is Generous & a Comprehensive Selection. 4) When we Arrived at the Cruise Port, we suddenly realized we left our Passports in our Room Safe. The Hotel Manfredi Staff immediately dispatched a Taxi to bring them to the Cruise Port & literally Saved our Vacation!

We have been staying here for 20 years. Pricey but location, breakfast and family run management is great. Plus compared to other Spanish Steps hotels this one is totally worth it. Via Margutta is Rome’s hidden gem.

An old italian hotel, very good, clase to everything. The bathroom was big and with a lot of light, good breakfast.

I genuinely liked this unusual hotel. There are two hotels in the building which can be confusing but we got it together after a few minutes. The elevator is definitely vintage and I would NOT recommend more than 2 people per ride. The staff were lovely. I adored our room! The bathroom was quite large and the shower was excellent! I loved this hotel and the location was perfect. I walked about 10 minutes and I was in front of the Spanish Steps. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the spanish steps and one stop away to the Trevi Fountain. Metro is five minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby however the hotel is tucked away from all the noise. Our rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable we stayed in a double room. It has a lift which was important for us as we had big suitcases.

The room was a perfect set up for my husband and I and our teen grandson. He had a partial wall between him and us for a bit of privacy. This is the main reason we chose this hotel. It’s hard to find a room like that in Rome. The staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended some great restaurants off the tourist path. The location is very good, near all the designer stores and the Spanish Steps yet it was quite peaceful around us while in the hotel. The breakfast is decent and there are lots of options available but we did want something else after a few days. The biggest issues we had were the beds and pillows. If you don’t like VERY firm mattresses and foam pillows you will also have some rough nights sleeping. We did get an extra comforter the second night to place on the bed to add some cushion but it was still not comfortable enough for us. Our grandson slept on a pull down twin bed and he felt the same way. For that reason alone we would not go back but it’s a personal preference for our family. Also, because the hotel is off the Main Street we could not get a cab to take us to the train station and we missed our train. Even the hotel staff could not help us. Be prepared for extra time waiting. All in all, the hotel is nice but take the mattress warning seriously!!

Hotel is in a great walking location to restaurants, historic sites, shops. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was fantastic! We were visiting with our two young adult sons for a couple of days to adventure in Rome. The four of us stayed on their larger suite which is kinda hard to find in Rome, most hotels are max 2 people per room. The decor was fantastic, the staff was very flexible and helped us to arrive at 2 am. It has an elevator which was really nice, no carrying heavy bags up flights of stairs. The location is central to everything so if you want to just wander around Rome this place is it. The night manager Reno took great care of us with perfect English. They seemed to visit our room many many times a day, whenever we went out to refresh towels and make the room perfect for us. They are going above and beyond. The breakfast is fantastic, had local Roman meats as well as eggs, baked goods fresh every day, and any fancy coffee you could ask for made to order just for you. I would absolutely stay here every time I visit Rome.

Great location, good size rooms BUT the beds are hard, pillows are flat and showers are small. Staff is nice and attentive. The bed, pillows and shower are a personal preference.
