체크인 직원분께서 너무친절하게 업그레이드 해주시고 너무 감동했지만 그리오래가지 않았습니다. 왜냐하면 샤워기는 고장나서 샤워를 하지못했고 AM 02시에 시크러워 잠을 설치곤했습니다. 내부수리가 필요한 곳이 많습니다. 직원들은 친절합니나

구시가지에서 걸어서 10분 정도 거리에 있어서 왔다 갔다 하기 좋습니다. 무엇보다 하루 종일 수영장에 있어도 지겹지 않을 만큼 좋은 뷰를 가지고 있어요. 바다 수영장과 인피니티 수영장은 멋지고 또 멋져요!!

밥이 종류가 많고 맛있어요 그러나 수영장 청결도가 별로예요 위치는 도보로 관광이 가능해서 좋았어요

Facitiesnis bit old but convenient. I use half board package (breakfast amd dinner buffer) without drink. However charing water for dinner buffer is not accpetable . I didn't request beer, wine or soft drink. Only water but hotel said "extra" . Non sense. Make up room is not perfect still bit messey. Excluding that all other is okey. Onel more taxi infront of Hotel is much expensive than other. It is also not unstanstable. Same yellow taxi but just Hotel printing logo much expensive?

우선 위치는 걸어서 5분 거리에 구시가지가 있어서 위치는 정말 좋아요 체크인 체크아웃 시에 좀 느린 편입니다 카운터 직원 분들이 친철하시지는 않아요 조식은 가격대비 부족한 면이 많았어요 룸에 발코니가 있어서 좋았습니다 사우나와 수영 시설은 5성급 호텔이 맞나 싶을 정도로 별로였어요 위치와 룸 사이즈는 아주 훌륭합니다

İş seyahati için kullandım.. Genel itibariyle iyiydi. Şehir merkezinde olmasında heryere ulaşımda inanılmaz fayda sağladı. Tek sıkıntısı kahvaltı saatinin başlama saati şehir merkezinde olmasjna rağmen 7:00 başlıyor.. iş seyahati için gelenler için 6:30 program yapmada daha faydalı olur diye düşünüyorum. Teşekkür ediyorum.

Wonderful staff and very professional. The breakfast was amazing. Great views. 2 swimming pools and good massage service. Highly recommend it.

Buen hotel, habitaciones cómodas, la comida del restaurante es amplia y variada. El hotel tiene un toque que demuestra sus años. Sin embargo, está en buenas condiciones.

Love this hotel and it's staff. Very well maintained property with two pools a gym and spa services. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Two bars at the hotel with various activities from DJ nights, piano to bingo and trivia. Taxi stand is outside of the hotel. Good restaurant, pharmacy, ATM machine and three markets in walking distance. Has buety salon and game room. The view from the outside pool and dinner is wonderful. Indoor pool is kept at 27 degrees year round. The massage at this hotel is done via Indonesian ladies that are highly qualified. This was the highlight of my stay in Turkiye.

This hotel is big enough that they should have unit-controlled AC and heat. The rooms and the hallways were SO HOT but because it wasn’t “Summer” they ONLY had heat. Additionally, a pair of jeans were stolen by the staff from my room and I have received ZERO response from management. One of only two elevators also stopped working which made it miserable waiting on the fifth floor because it’d go all the way up and was full by the time it came down to the 5th. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Love the view and location of this Ramada. The hotel has two pools. The indoor pool is kept at 27 degrees all year. Multiple restaurants with an awesome breakfast. The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. The beds are very comfortable and they clean the rooms each day. It has a gym with tons of equipment. Highly recommend it. The bar is open 24x7 and they have all sorts of activities at indigo bar by the pool.

I love this hotel. I stayed here last year for a few weeks and I am back again this year. The front desk staff, guest services, house keeping and restaurant staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. They are kind and always smiling even when it's Ramadan and they are fasting. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has tons of good food, from a huge selection of cheese to herbs, vegetables and cold cuts along side custom omelets and plenty of variety of hot foods. From soups to beef sausage, potatoes, breads, chicken and fish. The hotel Indoor pool is friendly for folks with mobility issues, it has a handrail and is perfect temperature of 27 degrees. They have sauna, hamam and massage services. The staff that provide the massage are from Indonesia and after a long flight they work magic with there hands to get the pain out. Good wifi to get online across the hotel. Across the street you have a mobile phone store for sim cards, a taxi stand next to the hotel, couple of markets across the street, a pharmacy that I use on every visit that can order any special medication in 4 hours and a few ATM's. You can get a pedicure, manicure and haircut in the hotel or visit the Barber across the street. Finally a good hamburger joint with excellent food and also great restaurants near by. Take time to venture in the nice park next door and say hi to the local pussycat that own the streets. The cats are fat and happy!

So much variety in the breakfast and was delicious.

Tolle Zimmer und interessantes Hotel…. Aber dass man für Billiard und Tischtennis extra bezahlen muss sehe ich als einen schlechten Witz, und ist mir bis heute ein Rätsel!
