Really lovely, helpful staff behind the desk.

Hotel was filthy, windows didn’t lock, no plug sockets near the bedside for medical needs. No resturant onsite

Convenient. Beds uncomfortable. Fire alarm board inthe foyer showing faulty.

Very welcoming friendly staff on Reception. Room ok, carpet had patches missing (not sure if it has wool in the carpet, if so maybe moths are the culprit?) Room appeared clean, shower head and the door to the shower not so clean, mould. Things do accumulate the older they are. Room smelled clean, could smell the cleaning products used. Bed was lovely and soft, ideal for me, so had an excellent night's sleep which is unusual for me in a hotel. Would I stay again, yes I would. Hotel is very good value for what I paid (£51) Breakfast is extra, which I didn't have, but would do if I stay here again in the future.

Comfortable and convenient, did exactly what it was meant to do

Hotel is ideally sited to clear London in the evening before travelling North the following day. Hotel is generally clean but some mould on edges of windows which were also very awkward to open. Room was excessively hot (26 C) when we checked in, they could easily save on energy costs.

Good value for money and was perfectly placed for my trip

The staff here are first class Lets be frank, this is not the best hotel you will stay in ever but it has character and the people are awesome

There was so much mold in the shower, it was disgusting. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced.

Large room and very quiet . Easy parking . However shower was very weak and window would not open

Shabby and outdated with terrible beds and dirty bathrooms. Just to compound a poor stay, the tv system was broken so for two nights we had nothing to watch. Staff unhelpful.

Wouldn't want to stay there longer than one night. But handy for what we needed it. Clean but very tired. Reception lady we as nice

The Receptionist was helpful and efficient and my room was clean and offered all that I needed. I was even impressed with the buil-in seat in the shower cubicle even though it wasn't an assisted-living room.

Loads of rats can be seen out side room was dirty graffi on walls in room one towel for 2 of us room not been kept to high standards skirting boards are all wrapped of our window wouldn't shut not onlintjat the lock on the window is brown they put put a little latch up there and the room is cold as still cold getting threw not worth the money we paid!! Disappointed
