하네다 공항에서 호텔까지 직행 리무진 버스가 있어서 위치가 좋았습니다. 공항에서 호텔까지 이동이 편리했습니다. 조식 뷔페도 훌륭했습니다.

나쁘고 불친절한 직원, 객실이 청소되지 않고 더럽습니다.

The air con was very cold and there is no heater in the room. The bedroom slippers were so think I could feel the floor. The restaurants were limited although the Japanese souvenir shop was great in terms of variety of food. The only consolation is that the bus to Disneyland and DisneySea were punctual and staff were polite. I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Hotel is super close to Disneyland - you can walk too! But why walk when you have free shuttle bus! The shuttle pickup location is at Maihama station which is the connection to Disney train line. Room was huge. However, the air conditioner was not working (or they didn’t on cause it was winter?), but it was really stuffy and super hot 😭 And we had to checkout super duper early at 430am because their airport shuttle only starts at 7am. There was no taxi at that hour (yes we tried booking when we arrived at the hotel), so we had no choice but to walk to the train station with our luggage.

The AC is not work properly so the room is more hot than the lobby

If you want to go to Tokyo Disney Resort. This hotel is good choice for you.
