Fantastic staff!! Clean and modern room, perfect for our visit

Elements always has amazing breakfasts. I have Celiac and usually can get them to cook me something without gluten if not their GF muffins are really good. The thing I don't like is that they make you pay for parking now. And if it's a Sunday, there are a lot of people with their vehicles parking on Element property to go to their church right next door, taking parking spaces without paying. If you've left the hotel and come back to park, you'll find it very difficult to find a parking spot you've paid for. I brought this to the staff's attention but they didn't do anything about it.

I would highly recommend this property for families. The king suite with the fold out double bed is perfect. Parents have a good privacy and kids have their own TV and sitting area.The breakfast buffet was amazing with a rotating specialty bar with pancakes, French toast, omelettes.

The breakfast was put out a little late Saturday and Sunday. The sausage and eggs were Not good on Sunday, everthing else was good.

$49 to park in an insecure parking lot with just as secure free parking right next door is extortion

Just a quick overnight trip and I am glad we picked this place. The small pool was fun for kids, the beds comfy, and clean rooms. The staff were easy to work with, kind and helpful. Close to the 470 and I-25 interchange making it an easy off and on stop with plenty to do in a short distance.

Staff was very attentive and welcoming. My room was very clean and spacious. There are plenty of places around to eat and drink. I'll definitely stay here again.

Property was clean, staff was wonderful, breakfast was amazing! Parking was super easy. Hotel is easy to get to, convenient location. Really close to the mall and other restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

I waited over an hour to get my room, not only because they were understaffed for housekeeping, but because the front desk had a shift change, and the previous associate didn’t make the new associate aware that I was waiting. I was then greeted by a used Band-Aid at my room door. And when I left my room the next morning I was greeted by another guest’s pile of pool towels. I went to the front desk, asking about extending my stay and the associate told me I needed to go online and book it. I don’t know why he couldn’t have assisted me.

Parking should be free plus with with limited space. The rooms wall are thin to where you hear everything from next door.

AC and Heat were hard to manage. Pull out bed was not made. Room, shower, and shower head looked as if they had never been cleaned. There was also no noise cancellation between the walls or outside. I did like the kitchen setup though. Breakfast was not very good, not a lot of kid friendly options. We will most likely not be staying here again.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great for an included hotel meal. The location isn’t bad but it's a hike to get anywhere. The hotel was pretty noisy and could be cleaner in some areas. Parking was not free or convinient.
