Friendly staff.

Valet parking was very difficult. Lots of noise from surrounding businesses.

Todo muy bien, lo unico es que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero hay uno a 2 cuadras. Pero en general todo muy bien, si volvería.

Las fotos no coinciden con la habitación, estaba muy oscura y olía a humedad. El precio es elevado. Tiene buena cama pero le falta mucho mantenimiento a las puertas. La puerta de entrada se atoraba durísimo y la del baño estaba súper sucia con la pintura arrancada como por arañazos. Había empaques de dulces bajo la cama y cabello bajo las almohadas :(

Breakfast was great and service was phenomenal. Definitely would stay again.

We were very comfortable, no noise was heard and apart from that they had a very good breakfast. And they also have an hour where they give you free drinks and nachos !!! I liked it a lot.

Nice hotel, bed was a bit firmer than I like but overall good stay, minutes from all the sites downtown

This is a convenient place to stay if you want to experience the must sees downtown.

Great place

Front desk staff was excellent. Someone is always there 24 hours. They greet you with a hello and a smile. The facility is quiet, very clean, meets all your expectations. The breakfast served daily has healthy choices, (3) hot items daily, waffle maker, toast/bagels, cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice, water, milk/chocolate Milk, and coffee 24 hours on the first floor lobby. The rooms are very clean & spacious. The Bathroom shower is huge, lots of marble, and stand up Shower. The sink and toilet is very clean as well. The Hotel is located in the heart of Downtown San Antonio, Texas. Walking distance to the Alamo, the River Walk, Restaurants, and Bars. A late night Voodoo Doughnuts across the street. The property has a pool, 24 hour gym, a small Business Section, and a small market for drinks, snacks, ice cream, and toiletries. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and Family. I will stay here again.

Great location -- easy to access. Self-park is 2 blocks away. Room is well appointed

Awesome place

For starters Pictures can be deceiving, the hotel definitely use some updating in general. I called ahead to get a early check in (2pm) and was told they only had 1 room available , the room was right by the desk and lobby. After walking in to the room, it was very musty / old smelling. After a couple hours I went to use the sink in the restroom where the water would just shut itself off randomly, no hot water, no water pressure. Told the staff member on duty, He was confused and tried it himself to only find out it was in fact doing what was being reported. He did move us to another room (right next door) only to have list of other issues, coffee maker did not work, shower handle fell off in hand and would not reconnect to the spout, A/C was leaking causing the floor to be extremely wet and moldy, and lastly a weird beeping noise every few minutes went off all day and all night. Again once reported to the front desk I got a response of "oh okay"! What? Really, okay is all the customer service I can get? I am very upset and the stay was very irritating. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

Everything good except the bedrooms too small and sofa bed didn't fit in the room

Fantastic value. Clean and everything you need for a stay for business or leisure the best value in this area.

It was a great location, walking distance to everything downtown.
