Not my favorite mattress at a hotel but best free breakfast in most hotels I've been.

Nothing but praise for this property. The location is conveniently close to amenties but set back off the main road with lovely nature surroundings. The bed (king suite) was super comfortable and a good night's sleep. Didn't use the pool or gym but it was easily accessible. Breakfast was expansive and full. The staff was helpful and attentive. Suggest you bring a solid pillow as the ones on hand are mushy and unremarkable. Other than that, a very satisfying stay.

Clean property in brand-new like condition in quiet area of State College. Complimentary breakfast is nothing to write home about, but otherwise no complaints here.

Honestly it was just not very clean at all the bed was made with clean sheets but besides that it didn’t even look like it was wiped down nor vacuumed we were in town for a college graduation. If I had more time I would’ve made him more of a flush. I really wish I could have because I was there with small children so instead of sleeping on the pullout, we all ended up sleeping in the king-size bed because it was just too uncomfortable to countertop with sticky. It honestly just looked like someone came in and changed the sheets. They were stains on the furniture.

I was not expecting much, but this room and hotel exceeded my expectations. The place was very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. My only (small) complaint was that the walls and/or floors were paper thin and I could hear someone’s loud TV all night while I was trying to sleep. But that’s a pretty common issue in many hotels and I would definitely stay here again.
