A truly world class hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia. Would advise to rent a car

This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful

Un hotel espectacular, con un servicio a la altura de lo que pagas, impecable. No es una Maseria, el hotel fue construido hace 15 años, pero aun asi vale la pena la estancia. Contratar tours o servicios adicionales con el hotel es carísimo, fuera de proporcion, entiendo que en hoteles de lujo todo es mas caro, entenderia que costara el doble, pero en el caso de Borgo Egnazia es el triple,

Hotel com decoração medieval, acolhedor, funcionários super educados e eficientes. Os restaurantes pizza maravilhosa mas a massa estava horrível, um hotel como este deveria ter um chefe que faz uma massa italiana deliciosa.

Strcuture was absolutely stunning, room comfort and room service not up to standard yet. Bed and Pillows were just not good.

Excellent and unique property, and we had an excellent stay overall. Our only suggestion is to improve the food and the consistency of the dishes for both room service and at the restaurants.
