깨끗한 건물, 깨끗한 숙소. 공항(홍차우)에서 적당한 거리. 좋았습니다.

호텔자체로는 저렴하게 잘 지냈어요.수영장은 작은편인데 물이 따뜻해서 아이들과 이용 편해요. 식당음식도 괜찮았습니다. 전 개인적으로 만족했어요. 아이들 추가비용 없었어요. 하지만 식당이 오픈되어 있다보니 추워요. 외투를 입고 밥을 먹었어요.주변은 관광지가 없어 버스 타고 치바오가서 볼링 치고 오후엔 다시 호텔와서 수영하고 왔어요. 직원들이 친절했지만 영어는 능숙한 편이 아니예요.하지만 서비스는 괜찮아요.. 영어 잘한다고 좋은 호텔아니고, 서비스 좋은거 아니쟎아요.. 전 만족했습니다.

NECC로 택시로 약 5분거리에 있으며, 객실이 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 다만 주변에 편의시설이 없어 불편합니다.

깨끗하고 무난합니다. 공항에서 가깝구요. 다만 길건너 홀리데이인이 하나 또 있어서 헷갈리 수 있습니다.

직원들은 친절하였으며 영어로도 의사소통이 가능했습니다.

the hardware was good. but in ordering at lounge around 8:30pm, she gave me cool-down coffee after about 20 min, and burnt but cool-down sandwich after 10 more min. they excused caused by busyness, but there was just a few guests. hard to communicate with them in English.

호텔은 좋았습니다. 직원도 친절하고, 한국어 가능한 직원도 있어서 이용에 불편함도 없었고, 무엇보다 침대와 배게가 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 다만,,, 도심이 아니다보니 아직 주변이 개발 안되어 있어 밖에선 뭘 먹을만한데 찾기가 어렵습니다. 아침, 저녁 모두 호텔에서 해결했습니다. 2층에 위치한 중식당은 맛있네요,,,

I could not sleep because the cigarette smell was too strong. The breakfast is luxurious though!

Great place! Nice staff!

First, the bathroom smelled like rotten piss and had rust in the corners. On the second day, the smell worsened. We brought the issue to the front desk, and they offered air freshener. It wasn’t effective, and the smell remained in the room. We informed the front desk again and asked for a room swap, but were told there were none available. Instead we were told to shower on another floor and return to our original room to sleep, which was an unreasonable request for three young girls late at night. We refused and they offered a suite, but when we entered the room, we were greeted with giant hand prints on the wall, which frightened us out of our wits. Out of pure fear, we rushed out of the room and returned to the front desk where we refused another offer for a bigger suite. Instead of risking our sense of safety, we decided to return to our original room where we were prevented from showering due to the extremely unhygienic conditions. Not to mention, the pillows had yellow stains on it, making it unusable and forcing two people to share a pillow. The slippers also had visible debris in it. The cheap price may be tempting, but it’s’ not worth it if you want a comfortable stay. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Smooth, comfortable stay. The rooms were a bit dark and the bed a little uncomfortable. But, it is typical for hotels of this class as was the buffet breakfast. Overall, an enjoyable experience. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff.

People working there gave us excellent attention.
