A wonderful 3* apartment accommodation. Great location. The weekly Friday market is just outside the hotel/apartment and the beach is about 10 mins walk. There is a Dino Supermarket just outside the property as well which is great for groceries and any other necessities. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The facilities and entertainment for kids is great. From the Splash park, the soft play and kids pool (which was a nice temperature for the kids) and the evening entertainment. Overall, very good and perfect for a cosy, comfortable stay and relaxation.

The rooms were spacious, with a large balcony and a lovely view. However, the apartment lacked some basic facilities such as an iron and poolside towels. Breakfast was good, with a nice range of options.

Trevlig personal. Bra möblerat och jättebra sängar. Trevlig balkong bra möblerat. Övergripande mycket bra med en standard nivå 3

Puerto Mogan is a lovely resort to be based and this is a nice apartment area within easy reach of the town

Städningen kunde varit bättre, dammråttor på golven. Fin utsikt från rummet, stor altan.

Classed as 5 star on some sites, def not 5, maybe a 3 star. Food in buffet is very limited and really not good at all. Much better at breakfast though. Room was good, lots of space and facilities but not cleaned well at all, cleaner was surly. Had to ask for a cot for my 2 year old granddaughter 3 times despite being assured at booking that it would be in the room. Snack bar is good. We usually stay in Radisson blu and will go back there next year (it’s def 5 star).

Great hotel, and room and balcony space very generous. Only slight concern room cleaning was very quick, and some areas (eg behind doors) missed.

Dejlige store lejligheder , søde personale, rene lejligheder, dejlige varm pool familie poolen. vi kommer hver år elsker det sted.

Flott opphold,god kvalitet på det meste. Restaurant ikke fullt på høyde med de andre Mogan restaurantene. Mye fluer ved bassenget.

Our room was extremely clean and so was the whole complex. We had a very warm welcome on arrival and all staff on site were friendly. Our apartment was extremely well equipped .. we had everything we needed, comfortable bed and wonderful view. A lovely 15 minute walk to the Marina. We can’t wait to go back!

We got a location we preferred. Nice staff. Good sized room.

The rooms are very word Down and not up to standard. Mixed cleaning and the nights are very cold with No heating at all.
