Excellent service, spacious and clean room, nice breakfast, perfect location, reasonable price - Everything was great! 훌륭한 서비스, 넓고 청결한 객실, 맛있는 조식, 좋은 위치, 적절한 가격 - 모든 면에서 만족스러웠습니다!

호텔위치는 좋음. 객실침대가 삐꺼덕 거리고, 침대시트는 날고 더러움, 아침식사도 매우 조잡함. 외국관광객에게는 끔찍한 경험.

위치는 좋은데 너무 오래된 호텔이고 내부 시스템이 현대식 호텔과 넘 다ㄹ르고 같은 가격에 더좋은 호텔을 찾을수 있다고 생각됨. 다시는 같은 가격에 선택안함.

데스크언니가 친절하고 위치가 정말정말 좋습니다! 조금 아쉬웠던건 오래된 호텔인지 그게 좀 티가 나서 흠이었어요~

No use el desayuno

I commend their policy of having someone check the room before the guest leaves as they were able to recover something important I had left there. The only two issues I had were with the air conditioning unit - I was not able to change the temperature and the hot water was very inconsistent. All other things were satisfactory!

Great location in Miraflores, near to larcomar , so many restaurants around the area, rooms in the hotel are spacious, breakfast is included, customer service is 👌 awesome

No es buena la limpieza en las habitaciones por parte del personal. Hay muchas termitas y hormigas en la habitación.

Room was good. Could be a little more cleaner. The carpet was old . We reached 3am and the front desk didnt get the right copy of passport for me n my daughter. So they called us 4am in the morning while we went to sleep, knocked on the door and asked for passports so they can make copies. Could have waited till morning though! That was really annoying, since I had to go to the lobby with the passports. Anyway breakfast was good.

O hotel é muito confortável, equipe muito atenciosa e sempre responde as indagações. Quarto muito bom, confortável, limpo. Como fiquei de frente para a rua, o barulho me incomodou um pouco. Não desfrutei do café da manhã pois saí antes do horário de início para passeio e voo a Cusco. Eles tem um serviço de 3 dólares para café para viagem, mas não achei que valia a pena. No geral, gostei bastante do hotel e recomendo.

Needs refurbishment. Location was good. There was no tea making facility in room.
