La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Desde que llegamos todo fue un desastre. El agua caliente NO funcionaba, el personal fue completamente indiferente, nunca nos dieron solución ni nos cambiaron de habitación. La limpieza brilló por su ausencia: la habitación estaba sucia desde el primer día y en ningún momento la limpiaron. El servicio al cliente es pésimo, pareciera que a nadie le importa nada. Nos sentimos completamente ignorados y estafados. No vale lo que cuesta ni de lejos. No lo recomiendo NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO. Deberían cerrar este lugar.

El hotel es muy bonito en la supachada por fuera pero no me gustó la habitación en cuanto a las instalaciones muy pasada o anticuada el personal Muy atento y me encantaron las bañeras que están en la azotea que si volvería aún no estoy seguro porque de lo único que me puedo quejar es de la habitación

Great hotel. Convenient location where you are able to walk to most places easily. Friendly staff.

When we arrived at 3 pm, the room was not ready. Thry told us it would be ready at 4. We waited in the lobby until 4 pm when we went up to the desk. The gentleman, with a poor attitude told me the room wasn't ready and had no idea when it would be ready. I told him we only had one afternoon in San Juan and if it wasn't going to be ready soon we would leave our luggage and go sightseeing. He pretty much dismissed me and answered me rudely that there was no way of knowing. Another attendant had to interject and tell him they could swap our not ready room for one that was ready. Once in the room later at night, it had rained and there was a power outage, even when the power came back on, we could not use the elevators. Our room had a leak on the ceiling and the floor was all wet. The remote to the TV did and the plug by the bed did not work. There was only 1 bath towel for 2 people and no haidryer, I had to walk down to the lobby on separate ocassions to get both. The shower pressure was awful. Good things were the bed was comfortable and the location was good. Service, staff attitude, and amenities were awful.

This is the only hotel we have stayed in that made us feel at ease and relaxed. This hotel is in the middle of major tourist attractions, but never made us feel touristy or exposed. Celebrating our second honeymoon couldn't asked for a better location. The staff was very welcoming and attentive without breaking the sense of privacy and intimacy any couple needs . We arrived at 3:00 am and we had someone there to welcome us, take care of our needs and recommended the best places for breakfast and dinner with a smile. We came in and out at different hours and never felt uncomfortable by stares like some large hotels make you feel. Having a small restaurant on premise is a plus for those days you just want to unwind without travelling. We wish we can remember everyone's names that treated us like family, but we want to say thank you, specifically to Carla for accommodating us for a late checkout when the elevator broke down that allowed us to have our last romantic walk through the streets of Old San Juan while enjoying what our Island has to offer. Great stay, amazing area to explore old San Juan

I loved loved everything about this hotel ! The location is amazing, rooms are beautiful and staff was friendly! Already planning to visit again ! You will not be disappointed if you stay at the Casablanca

Excellent Hotel

Hotel has a very old European vibe too it. The room was nice and the AC was cold. The bathroom shower had a giant glob of long black hair on the wall (I’m blonde). It’s close to lots of shops and restaurants. The hot tubs on the south side are great very secluded and a great way to unwind

Great location in the middle of everything, we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Excellent staff,super friendly and helpful.

En pleno centro del viejo San Juan. La habitación pequeña en comparación con otras en las que hemos estado. En líneas generales recomendable.
