Very Nice Hotel with kind staff as well, I'd appreciated the Madhuri & Melari during my stay. They were very kind and nice staff in the Westin Hotel.

시내에서 탑에는 드는 호텔입다. 조식이 훌륭하구요 ! 특히 베이커리~ 주변에 다른 볼거리는 딱히 없어서 적당히 즐겼습니다. 불편한건 수영장입니다. 기대했지만 호텔에 조그마하게 달린 수영장이라서 사용하지 않았구요~ 조식먹는 식당 바로 앞이더라구요;; 프라이빗을 원하면 다른 호텔은 선택하세오. 매우 친절하고 우버는 부를때 위로 올라오라고 해줘야 옵니다.

Everything is perfect. thwy are very kindely and smile anythime. and breakfast was very very good. ecpecially bakery is delicious!!!!

Service is good and very comfortable

They stay was, I would say rather unpleasant. 1. The club in front of the hotel is loud and noisy! I couldnt sleep at all. My room was in the highest floor but still noisy. 2. A lot of amenities were missing in the room. I was too tired to call and ask. 3. The receptionist during the check out was just rude. I think her name was NEHA. Well, thanks to NEHA, I won't come back again. 4. Too less choices of breakfast. The vegetables for salad didnt look fresh. Hardly any choice of non veg food. I have been to most of the 5 star hotels in Pune. This hotel's breakfast is the least recommending.

Spacious comfortable room and bath. Good Buffet breakfast spread. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly, responsive and courteous service staff. Good amenities.

Everything was outstanding. I especially appreciated Chef Ritesh. His lamb chops were amazing! I will stay at the Westin every time I visit Pune. Thank you, -Craig

ホテル、部屋がとにかく素晴らしい。広いし綺麗しくつろげた。 出張スケジュールの都合で1泊のみだったので次回は連泊したい。朝食ブュッフェも各国料理あり、本当にここはインドか？と思った。

This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent.

Courteous staff and great accommodations.

Short stay but an absolute delight with the best customer service and comfort. I know it’s a brand focus but the bed is the best that you’ll find.
