Clean, welcoming. Comfortable bed and a great breakfast

Great location for our needs, our room was pleasant with AC working on one of the hottest days, our other room it didn’t work and it seems there are not many rooms with AC, the upgraded rooms and suites actually don’t have AC at all. Staff friendly and good parking for the cars

The room and front of house staff were faultless. Facilities (pool) and the room just what we were looking for. However really wish we hadn't eaten in the restaurant. We waited an hour for our food. With a very hungry 8 year old, which was far from ideal to be honest. We sat down at 6.45pm and food arrived at 7.45pm! The breakfast was lovely, and lots of choice. From yoghurt to fruit, cooked breakfast to pastries. Overall lovely stay just not very impressed with the restaurant wait times, could definitely be improved.

Clean and spacious room. Very good value for money. Staff were extremely pleasant and the rose wine was the best I’ve ever had! Great stay.

I loved everything about the hotel. Great food, Room was brilliant, staff were friendly and most helpful. Cant wait to revisit.

Spa was great enjoyed it well. Staff were amazing. The hot choclate and brownie was really nice. Nuce and quiet destination. Would recommend any one to visit there..

Quite a large hotel with restaurant and pub attached, as well as a spa. Rooms were a little old fashioned and could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was plentiful. Pub food was good quality. More staff needed for busier times. Shout out to Theresa who went over and above to help us.

Ok hotel good value

The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the room was clean, my only criticisms are that there were two of us staying in the room but only one bottle of water and the pool at the spa was colder than other hotel pools I'd stayed at prevoiusly, other than that i would recommend this hotel to other and would definitely stay here again.

Arrived for a 2 day relaxing time away Room was tatty we ssked for a double bed ended up wit 2 singles pushed together restaurant was unclean breakfast was luke warm and dry.used the spa had to buy a padlock from reception that didnt work with code .questioned it and said couldnt do anything with it .very poor .sauna was out of order.hole in the bathroom ceeling where we witnessed a woodlice drop into the bath ..will not be staying again very poor

Room booked for two. But only has towels etc for one guest. Requested additional towel and given a flimsy towel from the spa. Also after having shower the bathroom floor was wet from leak in shower but no floor towel or hand towel to use to mop up water causing floor to be slippery. Breakfast was Buffett due to having coeliac disease should have been offered freshly cooked breakfast to avoid contamination

Good sized clean rooms and the hotel is run by a friendly, approachable team. I didn’t get the chance to use to amenities so I can’t comment. Plenty of on-site car parking. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, a bit isolated but plenty of services on site.

Staff were great, particularly Jake who was amazingly helpful behind the bar and also in the dining room. Lea Marston should be thankful, along with all the other great staff, that Jake is on your staff.

The bed and pillows weren’t very comfy and we could hear the entertainment while trying to get to sleep. The carpet was a bit dirty and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. The food and room service was generally great but pizza was burnt on the underside and tasted charred. The WiFi was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The stay wasn’t terrible but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
