Good to stay for family to wants to walk around Manila. Clean place from the reception to the rooms and CR ' s. Fast WiFi connection. Courteous and approachable staffs 😊.

Very accommodating staff and clean room.

I can't sleep due to renovation. Voice of the drilling very loud

It's a great place to stay. The only thing I am not happy about is the water heater in the bathroom. No hot water on the sink and the shower gets too cold and too hot it is hard to adjust.

Good location. Near attraction such as mall, minimarket. Easy to find food. Comfort room.

I had the best staycation in Hotel Kimberly. The room was clean. Pero nag consume lang ng time kase ung ika second day namin di lumalamig ung AC nagyelo that's why they need to change the AC to our room instead of transfering us to another room. But overall it was a great stay. All staffs are very accomodating..

Hotel Kimberly is always our go to hotel. Very accommodating! Highly recommended :)

호텔은 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. MRT, 쇼핑몰, 그리고 제가 예약한 병원과도 가까워요. 객실도 훌륭했고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 음식도 괜찮았습니다. 다음에도 다시 예약할 생각입니다.

Saya stay 3 malam disana, waktu chack-out, saya di charge karena dibilang saya mengambil 1 minuman, padahal saya tidak merasa mengambilnya dari pada ribut-ribut. Saya ikhlaskan uang dposit saya di potong.

위치가 전략적으로 좋고, 쇼핑몰과 가깝고, 리셉션 직원들이 친절하고 좋습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안합니다

We checked in at about 10 in the evening. The receptionist was very accommodating. Our room was great but it has dim lighting. The bathroom was clean. The bed, pillows and floor however were quite dusty.

They provided bidet and slippers, hope they'll have toothbrush and paste next time.

It was nice but the blower wasn't working in the comfort room.

The receptionist at the hotel was most helpful. She offered late check out for us as we have a late flight.
