다른곳은 여권만 보여주면 예약이 바로 확인되었는데 여기는 현장에서 바우처를 이메일로 보내줘야 체크인이 가능해서 시간이 걸렸다. 에어컨을 끄고자다가 공기가 습해서 새벽에 일어나 에어컨을 켰는데 순간 벽으로 기어가던 왕바퀴벌레와 눈이 마주쳐서 기겁을 하고 아침 입맛을 잃었다. 무료와이파이를 신청해서 아이디와 비번까지 받았는데 정작 머물렀던 3층 전체에는 아무런 신호가 뜨지않았고 컴플레인을 했지만 별다른 조치없이 핸드폰을 껐다켜보라고만 해서 로비에 머무르면서 와이파이를 이용했다. 시설이나 청소상태는 깨끗했고 뷰도 좋았다.

This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed.

The staff was polite and helpful, the view from the room was outstanding, the food was good. The only issue was the noise made by the chairs in the dining room from the 14th floor but if you wake up before breakfast and go to bed after dinner, it is not an issue.

What I liked: - room size - comfortable large beds - ocean view - poached eggs - nice staff - welcome drink in the fridge - safe What could be better: - decor ceilings and walls in corridors were looking very old and tired with stains and peeling paint - gym (this gym is of 3 star) only one treadmill, very few weights (looks like most were stolen) - dirty dishes (on 3 days) - food variety I would say this hotel rates more as 3.5 stars.

Chambre vieillotte, pas digne d'un 5*. Personnel très souriant et attentionné. Piscine moyenne. Salle de musculation avec beaucoup d'appareils dégradés et ne fonctionnant pas (presse, vélo...)

It was sold to us as a five star hotel and it was clearly not that anymore. The reception, dining area and bar area seem to be of a good standard and kept well. The rooms and bedding were clean. Bathrooms were clean but in desperate need of updating/ modernising. The corridor areas were definitely tired and in need of refurbishment. There was one wall on the way to our room with plaster flaking off the wall, looked like it had been a water leak. Framework on corridor in need of refurbishment, lift doors rusty. Overall our stay was fine, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout are stay. In our opinion the Hotel its self is in need of a refurbishment sooner than later.

La chambre, située au 18ème étage, dotée d'une terrasse immense, avec vue sur l'océan, donnait l'impression d'être sur un bateau de croisière.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e ci siamo trovati bene. Vista spettacolare sull'oceano la camera sempre in ordine e pulita. Il personale è gentile e sorridente. Colazione e cena a buffet con ampia scelta. Tutto positivo. Unico consiglio ... un po' di restyling nelle stanze e nei corridoi non guasterebbe...per il resto confermo... tutto positivo
