다른곳은 여권만 보여주면 예약이 바로 확인되었는데 여기는 현장에서 바우처를 이메일로 보내줘야 체크인이 가능해서 시간이 걸렸다. 에어컨을 끄고자다가 공기가 습해서 새벽에 일어나 에어컨을 켰는데 순간 벽으로 기어가던 왕바퀴벌레와 눈이 마주쳐서 기겁을 하고 아침 입맛을 잃었다. 무료와이파이를 신청해서 아이디와 비번까지 받았는데 정작 머물렀던 3층 전체에는 아무런 신호가 뜨지않았고 컴플레인을 했지만 별다른 조치없이 핸드폰을 껐다켜보라고만 해서 로비에 머무르면서 와이파이를 이용했다. 시설이나 청소상태는 깨끗했고 뷰도 좋았다.

We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money

Lovely hotel with incredible views over the sea, very nice pool, good location with restaurants etc nearby and a 15 mins walk to the main part of Puerto de la Cruz (a bit steep on the way back). Plenty of parking within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast is good, only negative is that the lifts are quite slow.

Struttura molto bello, camere con finestre ampie vista mare. Di notte di sentiva il suono delle onde. Sala colazione eccellente. Tutta a vetrate e con ogni tipo di alimento. Frutta buonissima. Lato negativo: letti, la nostra camera era una tripla e il letto matrimoniale era molto piccolo. Personale: di poche parole, non ci hanno supportato alle nostre richieste.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is more like a 4 star at best as it is starting to show its age a bit. The breakfast was good, however, the staff could hardly keep up with the tremendous amount of people. The location of the hotel is fantastic!

Parfait

This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed.

The staff was polite and helpful, the view from the room was outstanding, the food was good. The only issue was the noise made by the chairs in the dining room from the 14th floor but if you wake up before breakfast and go to bed after dinner, it is not an issue.

What I liked: - room size - comfortable large beds - ocean view - poached eggs - nice staff - welcome drink in the fridge - safe What could be better: - decor ceilings and walls in corridors were looking very old and tired with stains and peeling paint - gym (this gym is of 3 star) only one treadmill, very few weights (looks like most were stolen) - dirty dishes (on 3 days) - food variety I would say this hotel rates more as 3.5 stars.

Everything was exceptional, i can't wait to return!
