Very old hotel Kind service Good breakfirst

숙소도 깔끔했고 조식도 훌륭했고 무엇보다 곤돌라가 가까워서 움직이기 좋았습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

it has the free pick up service, so we could get to the hotel so easily. we had big carriers, so pick up service was pretty nice! hotel provides free breakfast, it was so much great. the bed was really comfortable, place was so quiet. the location was good, only 7mins from the train station! strongly recommend

Very good location and mountain view. But WiFi was slow.

그린델발트에서의 행복한 추억을 만들어갑니다. 호텔내에 있는 수영장 및 사우나 시설 등은 마치 휴양을 온 듯한 기분을 들게하며 따뜻한 욕조에서 바라보는 알프스 산은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 또한 다른 지역에서 본적이 없는 호텔내 비치품들이 기본적으로 매우 훌륭했습니다. 또한 직원들 역시 가족적인 분위기에 친절했으며, 매우 훌륭한 무선인터넷 서비스등 여행중 가장 만족하는 호텔로 기억합니다.

If you are looking for an amazing location with top-notch hospitality, this is it. Our family spent 4 nights here and had an incredible time. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the hotel is wonderfully family-friendly. Another major highlight was the breakfast—absolutely excellent quality and variety. We loved every minute of our stay

They need insects net by windows and doors to prevent mosquitoes bite, as we had to let them open to get fresh air at night due to how hot it gets—at the point where we couldn’t sleep. Tea/coffee cup in rooms should’ve been in descent quality, not plastic. I guess they’re are selling the Mountain View, otherwise the place is not worth the charges at all. We did like the communication before arrival and drop off at train station.

Since it is hot, I wish hotel should provide every room a fan. The window should have a screening net so we can open the window at night without worrying mosquitos

Fantastic pool!!!! So clean, stainless steel and a hot tub with a panoramic view of the Eiger. Fantastic breakfast, nice upscale spot in town, not inexpensive.

Staff was soooo nice and the facility was clean I stayed at a few hotels this ones services and cleanliest made our trip better. Breakfast was good as well. We also had lunch and dinner their very good. Only thing is there is nooo Air Conditioner.

Lovely location. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Friendly, responsive staff when my wife needed a firmer mattress. Great sorbet. More than adequate breakfast. Our only issue was with flies. Ate outside and inside and the flies were everywhere. Staff agreed they were bad, but we didn’t see any effort to reduce the problem. Think they could have used fly paper discreetly placed, or sprayed, or hung electric zappers or even had a staff member make an effort with a hand held zapper. We literally had one of us eat while the other one used a handheld fan to keep them at bay. That issue aside, we would stay here again.

This was a last-minute booking for us and oh my gosh, I couldn’t be more happy to stay here. Everything about this stay was 5 stars plus
