Älteres Hotel das nicht sagt dass es keine Rollstuhlfahrer Zimmer gibt! Essen und Umgebung sind gut. Bei der Abrechnung wurde ich Angelogen es seien 2 Personen gebucht die niemals da war! Alees war belegbar das 2 Bett unbenutzt keine 2 Frühstück keine 2 Personen beim Checkin. Man muss die Tiefgarage benutzen für € 10.je Tag. Ich buche dort nicht mehr.

Dreckiges Badezimmer (Haarklammern vom Vormieter auf dem Boden) , fehlendes Duschgel, fehlende Handtücher, halb leere Flasche im Kühlschrank. Wir haben diese Infos direkt bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Die Antwort der Mitarbeiterin, das Reinigungspersonal sei früher gegangen.

The Air Conditioner is centrally controlled at the reception. They turn it on when they feel you need AC. I was hot in my room but as it was not on, I had to open the window to get cool air. I found this weir.

Trevligt och prisvärt hotell mitt i Wels. Vilket passade oss perfekt. Ett p-hus till anslutning till hotellet så en slipper jaga parkering. Vill man åka kollektivt var det nära till både buss och tåg station. God frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

30 min waiting for check-in, then 5 pages of personal details to be filled into an Ipad. At 20 o'clock I was refused food at the restaurant (as: "the kitchen was stopped" despite of free seats. Complain did nothing as the restaurant "is a separate business" so they could not care less about hotel quests. Nevver again

Super accueil. Personnel très avenant. Hotel un peu vieillot mais propre. Un petit rafraichissement ferait du bien (la moquette rouge à étoile dans les chambres n'est plus vraiment au gout du jour). Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. Le restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hotel sert de super plats de viandes. Avis aux amateurs. Sauna pour se détendre. Parking public couvert juste devant l'hotel. Tarif : 10 € par jour. Accès direct à l'hotel et à la chambre depuis le parking (mur rouge)
