Everything was great including location with exception of the shower booth. It was very small

No parking available - spent an hour trying to find somewhere to park. No promised upgrade offered - no promised drink token offered! Room was massively overpriced - no facilities to make a drink, not even a plastic cup to have a drink of water.

Presentationen och informationen om rummen stämmer inte alls med känslan när man kommer dit. Hotellet verkar endast halvfullt ändå bodde vi i källaren. Vi fick först ett rum med två långa trånga trappor. När vi bad om att få byta, tvingades vi betala mer och fick då ändå bo i källaren, två olika hissar ned!!! Otrevlig känsla, på ett hotell vi hade förväntat oss skulle bli ett avkopplande lyxigt dygn. Fullständigt vilseledande information om hotellet!

A beautiful historic property centrally located. If you arrive by car, you must pay 18 euros per night for parking.

The room was ok but the service was poor and the breakfast was really bad. Ok to stay for a night but have your breakfast somewhere else

Pretty good overall, only thing is the shower is way too small. Barely can get in so if you are overweight, you may have a problem taking a shower.

Comfortable, large room and bath. Very good location. Lovely and attentive staff. Some drawbacks - shower was a bit difficult to use, electricity to TV did not work, breakfast was expensive.

The Hotel is centrally located & the views from the roof are amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly despite me not being able to speak Italian. I wish I was there during warmer weather and got to enjoy the views from the roof garden. The indoor garden looked like a place they host events such as a wedding. The products in the bathroom are top notch, plus robes & extra towels are much appreciated. My only wish was an outdoor window, but I understand it was an older building. I really appreciated the parking garage to park the car and just walk around the city. As a solo woman traveler, I feel very safe in this friendly city.

Una stanza pagata 170€ a notte, un odore di fogna e ho allagato tutto il bagno perché mi sono fatta una doccia, il sifone buttava acqua fuori dal vetro nella parte superiore della doccia.
