Dette var 2 gang vi var på dette hotellet. Bare helt fantastisk plass som alle burde prøve. Hotellet er det stil på og bare utsikten er verd pengene på Crus de tejeda 🙂😎

Hi have to recommend. This place even if is for one night . We stayed for two nights and was enough as we were not prepared for trekking and this is the main attraction to the area. The pros: great spa, the restaurant team good food(make sure you book the half board option) not much around to go for dinner And the views. Ask for room with view The con: I think reception staff could have been trained better. The guy doing the check in was not interested at all, unlike the F&B team who were great and providing a friendly service, this was not the cas EOF reception The hotel rooms need a bit of updating, see photo shower and hairdryer. Pillows not very comfortable But would come back for sure. Had a good time here

Emplacement exceptionnel pour une vue exceptionnelle , cet hotel est unique dans la region pour les acces au "pico de las nieves" et au "roque nublo". Le restaurant est correct et de bonne qualité pour le diner et le pdj. Il n'y a que a espérer que le beau temps soit au rdv sinon....

Nach einer Reise vom letzten Oktober haben wir diese wunderschöne Oase wieder besucht. Der Unterschied zum Oktober in Bezug auf Service, Qualität und Freundlichkeit hat sich leider negativ verändert. Wir hoffen dass es zukünftig wieder zur gewohnten Qualität zurückfindet...

Hôtel conforme à la description, propre, confortable.

Veldig spesielt og flott hotell. Vi hadde halvpensjon og fikk strålende god mat. Spaet er fint og verdt å bruke

très beau site, vastes volumes autant les espaces communs que la chambre et la salle de bains. beau buffet au petit déjeuner et dîner agréable avec très belle vue depuis la salle à manger. espace piscine avec vue superbe sur les montagnes ce fut mon 2eme séjour ici

Großartige Lage gute Küche schöne große Zimmer mit spektakulärer Aussicht Es wäre perfekt wenn mehr Personal da wäre Bar /Frühstück/Abendessen jeweils deutlich unterbesetzt-sodass die Abläufe unnötig leiden und das vorhandene Personal gestresst ist

Most amazing view, beautiful hotel.

Lovely hotel in the mountains of Canary Island. Great for hiking activities and outdoor life. Stunning view. English skills of the personnel (in reception too) were limited. We stayed at the 5th floor. Room was spacious, but inner walls thin. Unfortunately we heard everything from neighbours room, when they came back at 2:30 am. So the quality of the sleep wasn’t very high. (Wall was so thin, that we heard their normal conversation clearly) Excellent breakfast and restaurant in the hotel. Loved the location.

The location is great and staff friendly and efficient. Dinner and breakfast was good too. Downside was the 35euros to use the spa for an hour and a half - overpriced for what it is. There is a lovely lounge area that is not put to any use. They light a fire about 5pm and then just let it go out so later in the evening when a fire would be nice it’s just ashes. Would be good if they served after dinner drinks in this area but it’s just dead.

A unique place to experience the beauty of Gran Canaria. Great team to serve you with a smile. Good food. Amazing spa set-up.

A nice hotel on the very top of the island. A big nice balkong, that we did not use due to constant rain and wind. Furthermore it was covered in clouds all the time. Weatherwise we were unlucky, but we can’t blame the hotel for that. With sunny weather we would have had a fantastic View!

Fantastisk hotel. God restaurant og cafeteria til rimelige priser. Eneste minus er at man ikke kan lave en kop kaffe på værelset

Walking holiday Camino de Santiago de Gran Canaria. This was second night of our walk it was an excellent place to stay and the Spa facilities were a treat for our tired legs. We ate a the bar cafe which served a good selection of food at a reasonable price. Great views from the room bar and spa
