Staff was so kind. Hotel is on third floor but staff carried our luggages to the third floor. Breakfast was nice. Location is easy to get the main plaza.

호텔이 너무 좋아서 페루자에 대한 인상도 좋아졌습니다. 하루밖에 머물지않아 너무나 아쉬웠어요. 직원분도 굉장히 친절했고 단점이 하나도 없었습니다. 꼭 다시 가고싶은 호텔입니다.

Cosy and neat hotel ever. Location is also good. Very nice and kind people working. They also called a taxi as our request to come at dawn. Perfect hotel in Perugia! I will coming back for my honeymoon!!

A lovely little hotel in a great part of the city. Totally deserves its outstanding rating. Great value for money with a small but comfy room. Chiara was amazing, really friendly and helpful. She also showed me the top floor room with terrace. Spectacular! I’d probably spend the extra for that. Note that the hotel has two flights of stairs but they are very friendly and offer to carry bags.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the historic center and the University of Perugia. The hosts, Chiara and Roberto, were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help me during my visit. I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future!

A lovely family hotel in the heart of Perugia. A very friendly and helpful host who provided the warmest welcome and was instrumental in booking a taxi to the airport. The rooms have nice views towards old town and the picturesque hills around Perugia. The city itself is a pleasant surprise, with its etruscan past, fine chocolate and cafe culture. Both street food and restaurants are not to be missed.

One of a kind hotel!

This room was delightful. The photos don't do it justice. Warning the room is up 3 to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) but it is 100% worth it. The large private terrace and the views are amazing.

Nossa experiencia foi maravilhosa. A senhora Chiara, que nos recepcionou e acolheu, foi muito atenciosa. É extremamente simpatica e nos deu muitas dicas. O quarto é de tamanho bom, limpo, banheiro com um chuveiro maravilhoso. A localizacao é excelente tanto para ir a praça central como para pegar escadas rolantes e mini metrô para estação ferroviaria. E sempre tem um mimo de cafe da manha e agua mineral no frigobar. Super recomendo!!!

Stayed here for two separate weekends and loved it! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the location is near the center and the minimeteo making it easy to move around and explore. Lots of dining options nearby and the beds!! Oh the beds were so comfortable best sleep I had on my trip. Highly recommend this hotel and it is worth all the stairs to get there lol

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico della città. Zona silenziosa. Titolare molto gentile. Hotel attento all'ambiente. Parcheggio quasi impossibile, meglio parcheggiare al Pellini e salire con la scala mobile

普通のアパートメントを活用したミニ ホテルだったので、少し戸惑いましたけれども、部屋は快適でした。朝食用にパンも用意されていて大変ありがたかったです。

Ottima struttura nel cuore di Perugia, vista sulle torri, una rocca medievale dove sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. Romantica

I stayed in a small but clean and comfortable single room, which had everything I needed for my 3 night stay, including a good shower! Location is perfect for exploring historic Perugia. Chiara could not have been more welcoming and helpful before, during and even after my stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)

Our hostess Chiara was just excellent. She came bouncing downstairs to get our bags, explained everything to our satisfaction & was accessible at all times. She explained how to get around & provided a map. Our room was very clean but very small. We wouldn’t mind staying there again in a bigger room 😊 Thanks Chiara & your staff.😊

We had a room with a beautiful view looking over part of the city. Restaurants and shopping were a 5-10 minute uphill walk away, and a cafe for breakfast was just a short walk below us. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and even left us a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. Very thoughtful! The room wasn't big but it was very comfortable with a bed that raised at the head and feet - very comfortable! The bathroom looked newly renovated.
