Giro per lavoro in Germania da 33 anni. Di „inconvenienti“ ne ho avuti, ma gestiti male come questo mai! Purtroppo camere fredde e riscaldamento non funzionante (neanche il condizionatore e di notte fuori 12 gradi). Alla nostra richiesta di rimediare, prima il titolare ci ha detto di aspettare sera che si sarebbe acceso. A sera ancora spento ho chiesto ma la persona alla reception ha detto che lui non poteva farci niente. E comunque 170 € per un hotel di questa categoria sono una follia. Una camera doppia avrà al massimo un valore di 100 €.

Would not recommend this hotel. First, it is located behind a gas station and very hard to find. The parking is a dirt lot that is behind the hotel and there is not a place to temporarily park to check in or get your luggage out which means you have to drag your luggage through the muddy lot, around the building, to get into the hotel. The room itself was ok, but the rim smelled of dog. The walls were thin as well making it so you heard all the conversations. When I checked in, I told the guy at the reception that I did not want the breakfast, however when bI went to check out they tried to charge me for it. I had to push back and they dropped the breakfast charge.

Bra hotell som låg lite gömt bakom bensinmacken. Gratis parkering var väldigt bra. Entrédörren var dock låst när vi kom dit men efter en stund kom personal och hjälpte oss. Rummet var helt okej, inte perfekt men helt klart godkänt. Kan rekommendera detta hotell.

Guter Service. Zuvorkommend. Kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Zimmer zur Waldseite mit morgen Sonne. Was man wissen sollte ist das ca. 100 m entfernt Eisenbahnverkehr ist.Kann bei leichtemSchlaf und offenen Fenster störend sein.

O hotel supreendeu pelo tamanho da acomodação. O avesso é um pouco escondido, tendo que se manter a atenção para não perder a entrada. Transporte fácil até o centro da cidade.

Very clean and well kept hotel. Good breakfast with a lot of freshly prepared items.

L'hôtel n'est pas en centre-ville mais le tramway, qui passe toutes les 7min, permet d'y accéder en 10 bonnes minutes. Toute l'equipe du personnel est très bienveillante, serviable et a su nous accompagner pendant notre séjour. La chambre était propre, nettoyée tous les jours, assez spacieuse pour accueillir plusieurs personnes (mais pas aussi grande que l'impression donnée sur les photos). Le quartier est calme et les fenêtres isolent parfaitement des éventuels bruits de la rue. Le supermarché qui se situe à 3min à pieds est très pratique.
