Amal in the spa/Hamam was wonderful. She is a kind and gentle practitioner, who knows exactly what she is doing. Amal is professional, discreet, and joyful - who provides a peaceful environment in which to experience the Hamam culture. She comes highly recommended!

The staff were wonderful (especially Sana). We were taken care of very well at this hotel.

Smooth and wellcoming check in; very clean room and beautiful Riad. They gave me a single room in a Riad opposite to their checking in Riad. It was quiet but a bit isolated. Then the hot water did not work, the guy (with black coat) quickly helped me change to another room. He’s been very patient and friendly the whole time of my staying. But not that white shirt reception guy who dealt with my city tax last night, cold, arrogant, and snobby. Hope the owner could take this seriously as it indeed affected people’s experience with that attitude. Toilet flushing wasn’t working well, wobbly shower head, but not a deal breaker.

Staff was awesome but room was very small & narrow stairs to go up so hard when we have disability to go up but staff did help with our bags. Would love to have TV in room.

Wonderful location in the city of Marrakech, excellent service and help. Beautiful terrace on top of the building

The room was very noisy, not only you can hear everything from the square theres also noise from guests up and down the terrace. So perhaps a lower room would be better. The AC is practixallcally decorative only. Thankfully in November the evening cools down, during the day it does nothing. Theres a padlock on the door, we locked and left for the day. We came back to a fully unlocked room. Unsettling when you leave passport and money thinking you locked the room. Location was great, breakfast could be better, the to go box for the day we left on a tour was unedible. On my way back I'll book similar location but different riad.

I had a great stay! The team working there was great, very friendly and accommodating. The location was phenomenal. It was clean, and had unique atrium areas, and a rooftop overlooking the square. I would highly recommend!
