Bad service and poor management

Really disappointed, the place is running down and the management does not seem to care. Food is just catastrophic and definitely not worth anything more than what a 3 star hotel would provide. The hotel has a serious issue around its restaurants. And the management refuses to acknowledge it.

Very poorly managed property : it took two hours to get our food for Christmas dinner. Manager didn’t even apologise.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a great service.

Great hotel . Just feeling a little tired in the suite we stayed. Loose basin, cracked toilet seat that caught your skin when using and rather stained and chipped furniture in our lounge area of the suite. Staff excellent as usual. Needs some money spending on the suite room for certain though
