O apartamento era bom, porém o fogão por indução era muito ruim, pois demorava muito para esquentar, é muito ruim estacionar perto, tem horários e dias que só é possível estacionar bem distante e bem apertado. O hotel deveria investir em um estacionamento privativo.

It was so beautiful and economical just up the hill from a 4star luxury hotel I had a reservation for to check into next day. Terribly convenient

Arrivée à 15h comme annoncé sur la réservation. La personne a l’Acceuil ne trouvant pas ma réservation a mis en doute celle ci. Alors que j’avais réservé le matin même. Ne me croyait pas mais après avoir fait des recherche à quand même trouvé celle ci mais pas très aimable. Après l’atmosphère s’est détendu jusqu’à ce que je demande s’il y avait un parking. L’hôte m’a dit de me débrouiller à chercher dans la ville. Impossible de se garer et quand je trouve une place cela me coûte 10€ jusqu’à 22h et attention il faut se lever à 6h pour remettre des l’argent faute de quoi PV. Attention pour descendre à la plage Ok par de petites marches mais quand il faut remonter les 150 marches cela prend 10 bonne minutes et une bonne suée

Amazing location and pretty view! Big rooms and good amenities. Very friendly lady that welcomed us and did the cleaning. On the other hand, the owners communication was not so great. Overall good stay

The property is clean, quiet, and removes from the overly crowded touristy areas without being far from convenient transit options. I booked partially to make use of the small pool, but as it is not yet summer, the pool was empty. Overall, a very worthwhile stay.

The property was in a beautiful location, and had a great view of the water.

The staff and cleaning people at this apartment more both so wonderful. The property itself has a beautiful harbor view and is very walkable The things that it needs are paper towels, or a towel in the kitchen Start your guest with at least instant coffee it a few bags of tea. Fix the small window over the door. It will not close.

This hotel/apartment was lovely! I really loved it. It's very spacious with a gorgeous veiw of the sea and mountains. The balcony was lovely. I highly recommend this room! The staff and cleaning staff were lovely too. The only small thing is there was a tapping noise near the bedroom coming from the pipe/AC unit on wall. It didn't bother me until the last night and stopped me from sleeping tbh. Luckily I had a sofa bed to move to but just wanted to feedback :)

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The spacious, clean room came with a balcony offering an amazing sea view. It was also fully equipped with kitchen appliances, and both the bedroom and living room had air conditioning. The small pool was a nice bonus. One minor suggestion: guests are responsible for waste disposal before leaving, which I wish had been included in the fee. Overall, a great experience!

Les chambres ne rendent pas vraiment compte de la réalité sur place. Rez de chaussée qui donne sur la piscine, le nez sur les autres personnes. Il n’y a pas de réception. Ils n’avaient pas notre réservation à l’arrivée, ont voulu me refaire payer. Bref très déçue de l’endroit.

The view was exceptional

Amazing views. No complaints at all about the property. Quite a lot of steps or walk up a hill to the apartment so a consideration for those who aren’t as physical able. But we loved our stay!

Really lovely, spacious and very clean apartment. Excellent location, close enough to the promenade and with amazing views over the bay and sunset.

We stayed here with our 2.5y old girl and had an amazing time. I emailed beforehand to arrange for airport pickup. When we arrived the driver was waiting and gave us fantastic tips for our trip. Arriving at the villa someone was waiting to show us to our room which was clean with the most beautiful view over lapad beach. A bed has been set up for our girl and there is air-con which is a must during the summer season. Walking to the beach is 5-10 depending how fast you walk. Walking up all the steps is difficult no matter who you are during the heat but the price you pay for a beautiful view from the location. The swimming pool at the villa was just perfect for us and most fun for our little one. The best place to cool off after returning from exploring in the heat. If we go to this location again I would definitely stay here again. I saw the negative reviews beforehand but can now say we cannot say anything bad and had a great time, Thank you!

WiFi was very bad, 0.45mbps. Everything else was awesome. Best thing: unbelievable view.

The interior layout and the decoration of the apartment could be better. The exhaust fan of the tiolet was so noisy. The tiolet is not very pleasant.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, tolle Lage mit Blick auf dir Bucht, über eine etwas längere Treppe ist man schnell am Meer. (Sunset Beach) Einziges kleines Defizit das Zimmer betreffend, keinerlei Duschgel/Shampoo oder Seife im Bad.

Fantastiskt att öppna upp balkongdörren och mötas av havsutsikt. Bra balkong att sitta och både äta och slappa på. Bra dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa att sova i. Hyfsat bra utrustat i köket. Från strandpromenaden och upp till lägenheten är det ca 200 trappsteg närmaste vägen. En liten lagom stor bassäng att ta ett dopp i efter en dag på stranden, ingen pool vi skulle ligga vid hela dagen.

Our first Croatia visit and we were not disappointed. Villa Katarina overlooks the beautiful little bay of Lapad, a suburb of Dubrovnik. Beautifully appointed accommodation and lovely staff. A real kindness was the staff found out it was my wife's birthday and gave us a bottle of superb wine.

Spent 5 nights in apartment . Clean with all necessary amenities. Owner became unpleasant when we requested a fold up Bed for 12 year old daughter as sofa bed not comfortable for two. He also tried to charge tourist tax for 9 year old child. Children under 12 are exempt according to the law. Small pool available but too much chlorine used which burned everyone's skin. Overall , I would not recommend this apartment due to rude and hostile manner of the owners when simple requests were made.
