Personnel très à l'écoute et sympathique en particulier Soraya que nous avons vu le matin pour le petit dej. L'hôtel est très bien placé en étant légèrement excentré du centre ville.

This was incredibly unfortunate - there are no more than 1 staff available at a time for the entire day - imagine the same person as reception, as well as the bar, as well as dining, sometimes nobody at all! The carpeting of the property is old and dirty, my feet were black every evening The rooms do not have proper ventilation, despite "having an AC" - we complained 3 times, yet nothing was done to fix it We found old dental floss in the bathroom, even after complaining, nobody cleaned. This is the icing on the cake - our toiletries were diluted, there was literally water added to the body wash and shampoo - you cannot get cheaper Would not recommend this place, and do not think it deserves to be called a 4-star.

Check-in went smoothly and receptionist was very competent. However we wanted to use the SPA and it was not possible as all the time slots were taken. Additionally, the restaurant was closed. We booked this Hotel as we wanted to use the SPA and enjoy a romantic evening. It was not mentioned on any page during the booking process that Hotel Guest needed to book a slot for the SPA and we were not informed that the restaurant was closed. Furthemore it was annoying that I had to proove it to two people at the reception by showing my booking-confirmation as they clearly were not in favour of the customer and wanted to put the blame on me and the unability of adding all information on the booking page. As a plus, the breakfast is good, not epic selection but a solid variation of goods to choose from.

Hotel très sympa, bien situé et le personnel a la réception très aimable. Restaurant d'une qualité exceptionnelle, mais le petit déjeuner un peu maigre , dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de salé le matin (fromage , jambon etc ). Avec une clientèle internationale cela serait un plus.

Das Zimmer war top, grosszügig, stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider war das Restaurant gerade im Umbau, so dass wir die Kulinarik nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Auch wenn das Hotel unmittelbar an der Hauptstrasse liegt, so war von Autolärm nichts zu bemerken. Für uns hat‘s gepasst.

Top Frühstück, angenehme Ambiance, Bedienung. In jeder Beziehung gastfreundlich, professionell, hilfsbereit mit Tips und Vorschlägen, Reservationen. Umfassende Covit-19 Massnahmen. Gute Lage in absoluter Nähe zum See-Quai, Stadtzentrum Stilsicher, modern eingerichtet, Top modernisiert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Alors que l'Hotel n'était pas complet, on nous a donné la pire des chambres: sur le boulevard avec plein de bruit par le passage des voitures, car nous avons du ouvrir la fenêtre car la climatisation faisait un bruit insupportable. Sur le parc, il y avait des chambres libres: notre poire nuit depuis des années !

We stayed at le petit manoir over the weekend and had a very relaxing time away from the city hustle. The staff was very attentive and accommodating and the amenities as the pool and spa area were fantastic
