I had a very comfortable stay. The Riad is nicely located in the Medina and a short work to El Bacha for taxis etc. The staff are excellent and very service orientated. The Riad has lovely decor and a super roof quiet area for relaxing and reading. Great location for exploring Marrakesh.

Fue excelente recomiendo usar el servicio de transporte del hotel pues el Riad se encuentra dentro de la medina y debes llegar caminando. El personal fue muy atento durante la visita!

We arranged to have a driver pick us up from the train station. This gentleman was very easy to find as he was holding a sign up with the name of the Riad. He brought us as close as he could to the hotel, and then called another person to meet us and bring us to the hotel. Once we were there we were greeted with Mint Tea and shown to our room. It was clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower area were very nice and had a variety of products for us to use. The breakfast was a nice variety and all the staff was so kind. The day before my mom had taken a fall so she had spent most of her two days resting in the room. The staff was so kind enough to ask how she was doing as they had not seen her much. They also had a complimentary wheelchair for her to use when we were on our way to our car to the airport. The staff went out of their way to actually push her all the way to the car while also helping us with our bags. This was amazing. Thank you all so much!

Venu fêter un anniversaire en famille, nous avons vécu une très belle première expérience au riad. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Patrick et son équipe. Tout le personnel est souriant et attentionné. Le riad est magnifique, très propre, les petits déjeuners copieux et le repas du soir délicieux

Traditional riad in the heart of the old town. Staff were very helpful

At first, I was a little nervous that we were going to get lost in the alleys to this riad, but we quickly got the hang of it and it became our quiet escape from the busy medina. The inside was beautiful and our room was cozy. What makes this riad special is the staff that went above and beyond. Yunis, Ahmed, and and all the other staff members were amazing. We also had the opportunity to have dinner there one night and it was one of the best meals we had in Marrakech.

Riad was beautiful and staff were very helpful and provided incredible hospitality. However the triple room was small for three people. Breakfast was not up to satisfaction.

Amazing staff. Great location. Toilet could have been better but overall amazing place to stay with the most helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the dinner they prepared. Also used their airport transfer, great service despite our flight being considerably delayed on arrival. Lovely, comfortable and well decorated riad. We were by the breakfast area which was a little noisy early morning. However, a great find.

I have a million amazing things to say about this property and the staff but to sum it up: BOOK IT NOW! The Riad is absolutely stunning, it's walkable but away from the hustle and bustle so it's very quiet, it is hard to find on your own so I recommend booking a driver through them because the staff will meet you when you are dropped off to show you how to get there, it's easy after that and wow the staff, not only did they go above and beyond for our stay... They were the nicest, sweetest people we've ever met. Made us feel like royalty. 100 stars.

My stay was a dream. Conveniently located in the old medina, walking distance to Jardin Secret, El Bacha Cafe and Museum, Koutobia Mosque… you can walk everywhere. The Riad is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff attention to details was incredible, Marwam and Ahmed will make sure your stay is perfect. All the staff were very nice and accomodating. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for the hospitality❤️.

Fantastic stay. The Riad is beautiful, and the staff extremely hospitable. Airport transfers, excursions etc. they can help organise it all. Would highly recommend.
