서비스와 직원분들이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 공항에서 픽업부터 호텔까지 모셔다 드릴 때까지 직원분들이 친절하고 배려심 넘치며 세심하게 신경 써주셨습니다. 딸아이가 다음 방콕 여행에도 꼭 여기 묵고 싶다고 할 정도로 직원분들의 친절함에 감동받았습니다. 이탈리아 음식도 정말 맛있었어요. 전채 요리 2개, 메인 요리 2개, 디저트까지 시켰는데 모든 음식이 훌륭했습니다. 객실도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.

오늘은 12월 31일인데, 호텔 가격이 두 배 이상 올랐는데도 제때 방을 배정받지 못했습니다. 서비스도 제때 제공되지 않았고요. 이렇게 형편없는 서비스를 제공할 수 없다면 손님을 너무 많이 받아서는 안 됩니다. 5성급 호텔이라는 느낌이 전혀 들지 않았습니다. 돈 낭비였어요. 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지 않을 겁니다.

가구는 오래되기 시작했지만 여전히 잘 관리되고 깨끗하며 위치가 정말 좋습니다!

방은 정말 깨끗했고, 직원분들은 정말 친절했습니다!^.

Breakfast was excellent, it was close to anywhere. Near 7/11. But it's hard to get a taxi, so I went for Grab.

Hotel nya bagus kamarnya bersih untuk muslim breakfast menu nya kurang banyak. But all good!

Strategically located in Bangkok center. Near Chit Lom BTS. Staff is friendly, pleasant stay with great facilities, room, and food. Highly recommended.

Got checked in to an occupied room. And yes they upgraded my room for their mistake, but it is still unacceptable. And since the actual room occupants weren’t in their room atm, they are probably not aware. This shouldn’t have happen in any way. Requested for cab and was in the queue list. Somehow, someone just jumps into the queue and took our cab. Really thought my first stay at renaissance would be pleasant. Unfortunately, not.

호텔 기준 10/10점을 주고 싶은 멋진 숙박이었습니다. 정말 깨끗했고, 객실은 예상보다 더 아름다웠고, 직원들은 세심하고 매우 예의 바르고, 아침 식사는 풍성했고, 호텔 근처의 대형 쇼핑몰까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 편리한 위치였습니다.

The room is very warm and lighting. The pool is amazing.lobby has nice fragrance. The staff is friendly. Breakfast has so many options. The location near Emerald Hotel just 4 minutes walking.

Here I want to share my dissappointment experience staying at renaissance bangkok. I stayed from 13-25 june 2018. (it’s cost a fortune, as we know this is 5 stars hotel). And it’s normal if we expect to received good services. We requested non smoking room, but they gave us the room that was smoking room a month a go, and they said they cleaned it but we all know that the smell still there every time you enter the room. You should know better than this! The most unforgivable thing is my wife’s fav “play cdg” t-shirt lost in the room!! Can u imagine how bad the security system there ?? I tried to talked with the staff and asked about solution, they checked with their housekeeper, but she is off and refused to come to explain. There’s no cctv because it’s not pointed to the room. The only solution they offered is compensate to give free airport transfer.!! Maybe for some people said “it just a t-shirt, why make it like a huge drama??” but the things is, I lost it in the room!! And for the record, this is not drama, I didn't gain anything from this! I’m the one who lost something here. And the way they handle this problem is not professional enough to be a 5 stars hotel. Considering i’m not a client who stay just 1-2 days. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks for heaven’s sake!! I’d expect the hotel staff to tried harder to help solved this problem!! So for those who plan to stay in this fancy hotel, please be aware of your belonging! Even though this is 5 star hotel it’s not guarantee that they will have good protection and security system. And for the hotel staff, please improve your security system and train ur staff to behave. I don’t want to blame the housekeeper but from the key record it shown that just us and the housekeeper’s key that unlocked your room. So u guys can think about it. Be save and be aware no matter where u are. I swear I won’t be back here.

The receptionist was very warm, fast, and helpful. The room is very good, the pillows are fantastic. Breakfast is also delicious. Nice hotel.
