마시모극장 바로 앞에 위치해있어 구경다니기 좋습니다. 밤늦게 도착해서 공항픽업 서비스 신청했는데 45유로 지불했습니다. (익스피디아에서는 40이라 써있지만 메일로 서비스 신청했더니 43유로라고 했고 당일날 기사님이 45를 받더군요;;) 직원들은 친절하고 조식은 뷔페가 아니라 요청한 시간에 방으로 아침을 가져다 줍니다. 시설은 최신식은 아니지만 그럭저럭 지낼만 했습니다. 에어컨은 있으나 히터가 없어서 잘 때 좀 추웠습니다.

The hotel is in a great location. The directions for how to drive to it could perhaps be clarified a bit, with some more specificity on where to arrive close to the hotel. The staff were fantastic. Friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast, and we were able to party in the lounge with our friends (traveling companions). A truly delightful hotel in a bustling part of town!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They have a great morning breakfast. They are very close to taxis and a happening tourist spot. The people are very nice and very helpful with day to day stays

Bedste beliggenhed i Palermo. Hotellet er i original italiensk stil, men alt fungerer og personalets service er helt i top. Morgenmad, som vi havde booket på forhånd, var overdådig og blev serveret på værelset til aftalt tid. Kritikpunkter: Det lugter af kloak fra afløb på badeværelset, og udsigt fra vores værelse var til en baggård. Beliggenhed og personale giver dog en samlet topscore for vores ophold.

Die Einrichtung des eigentlichen Zimmers war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mein Fenster ging lediglich auf eine Hinterhofgasse raus, aber der Rest war super! Das Bad war wohl kürzlich renoviert und entsprechend gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war durch die Bank freundlich und die Lage war spitze! Es geht wirklich nicht besser! Das Massimo Theater gegenüber ist quasi einer der Hauptknotenpunkte (samt Taxen) und die Straße runter führt direkt zum Hauptkreuz der vier Stadtviertel.

Shower did not drain. Dirty shower doors and well. Dirty floor. Carpet is very dirty and faded. Musty and damp. Hard bed. No elevator.

The hotel staff were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Our room looked out to Massimo Teatro, which was beautiful. It's a very lively area.I was traveling with a friend and requested twin beds. The beds were a little stiff for my liking. Even though our room faced the main drag, once we closed our balcony door, the room was quiet. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Friendly & helpful staff. Great location with easy access to bars, shops, restaurants & attractions. I would happily stay here again. The decor was a bit dated but property was clean.

Stairs from street to hotel which is on first floor could be a problem. Breakfast good but not enough coffee and not enough table space or plates. Staff friendly and helpful. Probably not families with young children.

Minha estadia foi simplesmente fantástica! Os funcionários extremamentes cordiais e simpáticos! O quarto muito confortável, limpo e com uma vista privilegiada! A localização é ótima na Rua Maqueda a principal via de Palermo com restaurantes, lojas, cafeterias e muito mais. O café da manhã servido no quarto é um capítulo a parte de tão maravilhoso e especial! Enfim super recomendo esse Hotel que é um encanto!

This is a great place with good location. The only problem is the entrance to the hotel you have to go up a flight of stairs. Also this place is a little limited when it comes to facilities.
