아이와 함께 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들의 따뜻한 환대는 그 어떤경험보다 훌륭했으나 시설과 방 컨디션이 노후되었습니다. 숙박동안 냉장고가 고장나서 계속 물이 흐르고 시원한 음료를 마실수 없었습니다.

It is a good property and good value for money. Loved the cottage and the sit-out attached to it. Food at Bonita, Chutney and Mama Miso was all good. Also liked the services at the spa.

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed by the level of service throughout. The team accommodated our room preference perfectly and did a fantastic job with the room decorations, cake, and bouquet of flowers, which made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax, with the poolside bar team providing excellent service throughout our stay. The dining experience was enjoyable overall. Bonita and Mama Miso were particular highlights, offering excellent food and a great atmosphere. Breakfast at Chutney was also a standout, with a wide selection and consistently good quality. While some of the other dining offerings could be further enhanced, the overall culinary experience was positive. The spa was another highlight of our stay, with excellent facilities and treatments. Expanding the availability of certain wellness services would make the experience even better. Overall, this was a memorable stay with many standout moments, and we would happily return and recommend the hotel to other travellers.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants was out of this world and the service was impeccable throughout. Staff were so sweet in helping with any request. The rooms could be upgraded, that's my only criticism. Otherwise we were very happy, especially with the beautiful towel art for my birthday from the housekeeping team. We'll be back! Thank you to all staff for making our stay amazing

Room was clean. Staff were excellent except at check out. I paid separately for airport transfers and she seemed less interested in accommodating a later ride to the airport. Ithereise, excellent resort, good food, facilities as advertised.

Old property

Apart from the nice lobby, sushi restaurant massages and clean pool... don't bother. The rooms are old, power cut off and on , breakfast is lacking and not fresh, hot water will burn you and the overall condition of the hotel is lacking. Better choices exist.
