The first impression was not good because the outside of the front door was dirty. The lobby was small and messy. However, fortunately, the room was clean and well organized. After checking out, I stored my luggage. When I went back to get my luggage, I received someone else's luggage at first. If I travel to Chicago, I doubt I will come back here.

Rooms were excellent. No coffee in the room, but free coffee in the lobby every morning. Pool was closed, seemingly for a long time, but rooftop patio was a good surprise. Gym was good.

The staff was always warm and welcoming

Very friendly and attentive service. The environment was very comfortable and smelled very nice.

Everyone is very helpful

The staff was friendly but there was no note on hotel property info that pool would be closed. Also property info gave the impression that there was offsite parking at a discount but when I got there they only offered valet. The room doors slammed really hard no matter how you tried to close them so I could hear doers slamming up and down the hall during the stay

Rooms are very nice

Clean and convenient hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We also had a spectacular view of the city from our room, which was a real highlight. We would absolutely stay again.

This was a 2 day stay visiting the city. We were not notified the pool was closed nor did we receive our complementary bottle of wine. It was otherwise a very nice hotel right I. The heart of the city with beautiful views.

Advertised a pool and breakfast was included. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast. I was offered a credit for breakfast at the restaurant, used it, and then was billed for it.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We selected this hotel for my birthday celebration in Chicago and generally, no regrets. The hotel staff is amazing! Ty was perfect. The young lady at checkout this morning, not so much. There are a significant number of homeless people that circle the block where the hotel is and there were rats in the seating area/courtyard. We had the luxury suite, and it was amazing. Very clean well appointed and very very spacious.

The property was very clean and nice. The location was great. It was in thw center of everything. So we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The only complaint I have os that there was construction on the street literally outside our window and we heard them busting up concrete all day and night.
