nice and clean serviced apartments. ambiance might not be appealing like a hotel. had to wait for security clearances for entry, but that's highly appreciable for the benefit for a safer stay. Very nice and friendly staffs. In house food service and quality too was nice. To summarize, you could imagine a star hotel service with a personal butler at a cheaper price.

We expected it to be an independent apartment building - but it was just one apartment within a huge apartment complex - so that was a little unsettling. But security was good so nothing to worry. Food that was catered from outside was too little for the rates charged - Menu was quite on the higher side. In all it was an OK experience but would prefer to be in a separate serviced apartment block - especially with only women travelling.

Overall a decent place. It is run in apt complex. Staff did not inform me about my choices in Breakfast and that I had choose one of the items. They did some choice for me !!!!

Had 1 day stay @ hotel with my Parents Location : Cool & Calm location just beside the college. Service : It was good service by the people working there. Quality of Rooms : It was maintained well with minimum flaws Quality of Food : Food was good however slightly over priced. Security : Its secure place to stay. Cons : There was Old lady in the 1st floor who is totally rude while using lift. with no valid reasons of her. Pros : Good Home Stay @ affordable place and good ambience inside the apartment and outside as well.

I had reserved this hotel for a week for my parents and I heard from them it was amazing. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly and they enjoyed the stay here. Thanks team for the making their stay memorable.

One of the best reasonably priced hotels I've been to. I just loved the very homely atmosphere. It had everything it said it had in their ads. A great place for family.

This place is quite far from main road. Too pricy for the services they provide. Dont go there with a hotel mentality. They are not. They also dont keep the place clean.

I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and gracious service at Perfect Haven. It was the perfect place to rest and prepare for my return flight home. I enjoyed dining close by or ordering from the large variety of take out foods offered by room service. We rented a room with shared access to a living room, dining room and kitchen. Briefly said hello to a family entering another room. Very quiet apartment and helpful staff.

The place was truly a home away from home. The location was great, the service was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and the food was simple yet tasty.

This B&B is located in a normal residential apartment block over several floors. I was on level 4 and the room was nice and spacious and clean. It will need a paint job soon but it was fine. The staff are nice and friendly but with limited English. The supervisor speaks English, so if you need anything beyond the basics, contact him. The breakfast is adequate - nothing amazing, but nice and basic. It is near two big shopping malls, with a fairly new one being only about a ten minute walk away. The area seems to be a fairly nice area and as such, it is quiet and appears very safe. However like most of Chennai the main roads nearby are crowded and busy. My only gripe with this place is that the there is no signage outside, due to the building being a private residential block. I booked through Hotels.com and the confirmation sheet only had the street name and as such, it took the taxi and me quite a while to find the place plus a couple of phone calls to the B&B. I even asked locals and they didn't seem to know of it either. If you are coming here, look for the Tangy Apartment block - its opposite a girls school.

エグモア駅近くの静かな住宅街(おそらく中流家庭地域)の中のマンションの7階に有ります。建物自体にホテルの看板等はないので通りの名前とビル名だけが頼りです。今回私たちが泊まった時もリキシャードライバが非常に迷っていました。肝心の部屋ですが非常に綺麗に整えられており、リゾートホテルと言った趣です。スタッフの愛想も非常に良く(その日は我々のがいう宿泊していたようですが…)、高速Wi-Fiも無料で助かりました。 ただ一点、昼間は温水シャワーが出たのですが夜間と翌朝は水シャワーになってしまいました。この値段でシャワーが水オンリーなのは痛すぎる！

Hotellet hade bra service och var i relativt gott skick. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Det enda som var lite negativt med min hotellupplevelse är att inte hela adressen är utskriven, vilket resulterade i att taxichauffören hade svårt att hitta till hotellet.

I stayed in this hotel, not sure i call this a hotel, more of an apartment live in a single room. There is not even a name boad outside of the building, even it is located in the prime location i found very difficult found the place since there is no name boad. Its is located on the 7th floor. I think they have around 8 rooms, rooms are ok but i did not like the set up, no reception room, there is a small room with one computer only one person can stand that is the reception . They charge me 500 rupees additional for 2nd person. Employers are not professional and in the night watch man was drinking while on duty. I will not receommend this place to not any one.

Parfait mais très difficile à trouver car ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un ensemble d'appartements, sans aucune enseigne ou signe visible extérieur Sans numéro de maison et de téléphone, il nous a été difficile de la localiser (on a dû appeler la centrale de réservation à Paris pour avoir le téléphone, puis appeler ). Situation idéale : rue très calme et agréable au coeur de Chennai.Tranquillité très appréciable à deux pas des grands magasins.
