좋았던 점: 공항과 가까움, 물놀이 시설 좋음, 방이 깨끗하고 방이 큼 나빴던 점: 직원 태도 때문에 체크인 때 매우 기분이 안좋았음. 도착하니 종이 한장 주고 쓰라고 하고 아무런 안내도 없었음. 방 키를 주면서도 리조트 시설이나 룸 컨디션에 대한 안내를 안해줌. 하나 하나 물어봐야 했음. 식사가 맛이 없음. 음식이 바뀌지도 않고 과일도 신선하지 않고 맛이 없음. 점심 레스토랑은 정말 실망. 수영장 주변 타일이 매우 미끄러워 위험함. 아이들이 넘어져 머리를 박는걸 여러번 봤음. 담배를 수영장 주변이나 스낵바에서 제한없이 필 수 있어 아이들이 담배연기에 노출되 기분이 나빴음. 체크아웃 할 때도 약속한 시간에 짐을 가질러 오지 않아 전화해서 독촉해야 했음. 전반적으로 직원들 태도가 불쾌함

아이들과의 여행이었기 때문에 놀이 시설 중심으로 리조트를 선별하였습니다. 다양한 슬라이드와 풀은 기대이상으로 만족스러웠으나, 식사가 기대이하였습니다. 한국인의 입맛에 맞는 음식이 없기도 했고, 음식의 선택도 다양하지 않았습니다. 매일 거의 비슷한 식단이어서 지루하기도 했습니다. 게다가 올 인클루시브로 예약을 했더라도, 메인 식당을 제외하고, 아시아식, 이태리식 등의 식당, 일부 주류 등은 별도로 비용을 다 내야해서 제한이 많았습니다. 아이들은 놀이시설이 잘되어있어서 만족스러웠고 어른들은 식단이 불만족스러운 여해이었습니다.

There is discrimination in treatment between foreigners and egyptions, ex. St the pool bar My wife requested one mug to make moka from machine and the waiter ignored for 15 min. But obe a foreigner requested immediately broght to her. Will not repeat this ezperience ot recommend to a friend

Les piscines

Second time here. The (multiple!) main restaurant food is good. Not spectacular, The a la carte restaurants excellent. We went here for the kids. 5 aquapark areas. 2 for very little kids; one right up at the top of Bluemarine (2 flumes + some smaller slides), the other one down near the beach (some slides). These are suitable for infants and of little interest to my (strong swimmer) 6 year old. There are then 3 other parks. One in Bluemarine with 5 flumes, another on the left of the beach with 6 larger flumes, including a inflatable ring flume, then the main inflatable ring park with inflatable 3 ring flumes. 120cm height limit posted on all of them which seemed fair, but in true Egyptian style, theres a tape across the rulers at 130cm. My 6 year old is 125cm and was only put up against the ruler once but after reassurance from me that he could swim was allowed to ride Again, smaller kids in arm bands were being allowed on, take 120cm as the limit though. Pools were great, lots of them, all quite shallow and great for playing with the kids. One pool reserved for adults. We did walk out over the sand to snorkel a few times along the reef. And theres a new pier being constructed right now to facilitate this more which will probably be a couple of months in construction. You can get a bitnof snorkeling in, but its a 10 minute walk and then a bit of a swim to get to the interesting reef. We used the on-site, Egypt lnternational for snorkeling trips and diving trips.

Personnel de l’hôtel disponible et réactifs, soucieux du confort du client. Plusieurs piscines , grand hôtel donc transat disponibles. Calme dans l’ensemble . Très Bonne nourriture, plusieurs restaurant ce qui permet de varier . Chambres spacieuses. Hotel idéales en famille

Dommage que nous n'ayons pas accès aux resto à la carte plus facilement; le personnel autour de la piscine trop stricte surtout avec les enfants

Ich muss nicht viel dazu sagen .. es war ein winderschöner urlaub und bin froh dort gebucht zu haben. sehr sehr empfehlenswert

Groot mooi en netjes hotel. Genoeg mogelijkheden om te eten. Altijd plaats bij een van de zwembaden. Vriendelijk Engels sprekend personeel. Aanrader.

Kulinarische Vielfalt, bequeme Betten

Wir waren als 6 köpfige Familie im Jaz Aquamarine.Das Hotel ist riesig und trotzdem weitläufig konzipiert. Sie Zimmer grosszügig und bequeme Matratzen. Die Bedienung stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Essen vielseitig und einfach Hervorragend.Life guards, Animation und Service Personal immer zuvorkommend.Das ständige angefragt werden,ob Massage, Frisuren,Kosmetik und Ausflüge,war in den 12 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts doch hartnäckig. Ein rotes Fähnchen wäre entspannter. Alle unsere Anregungen wurden sofort aufgenommen und weitergeleitet. Mit der Familie würden wir wieder gehen.

On a passé de très bonnes vacances, l’hôtel est vraiment top top rien a dire de la propreté du lieu au confort des chambres spacieuses au personnel souriant et tres serviable. La nourriture top tres varié. Pas déçu du tout on reviendra et surtout on va recommander cet hotel dans notre entourage c’est sure.

Alles war sauber ordentlich service genial ich würde wiederkommen. Alles entsprach unsere Vorstellung. Sehr familienfreundlicher Umgang.

The hotel overall was ok for the location and price. However, there were couple of issues: 1. The food was below average 2. The access to the beach was unusual and not easy. The closer beach was extremely shallow were the water covers hour foot only. Then you have to walk through weird access to reach the actual water. It wasn’t easy and I didn’t like it. The room and amenities were ok, needs renovations. 3. Booking the restaurant was difficult as you have to book one day before and usually says full. Then you have to go to the counter and ask for extra table. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful. Sufra and Nino were the best restaurants. Next time., will try a different hotel

Hotel hat sehr nachgelassen Gefühlt jeden Tag das selbe Essen Von kellnern wird man ignoriert ob es Mittagessen oder Abendessen ist Getränke muss man selber holen

The hotel is beautiful, the food very nice and the staff very friendly. Everything was great! The rooms are a bit dated but clean and spacious.
