새벽에 도착해서 보증금을 카드로 결재 했는데, 체크아웃 할때 카드접속이 안된다고 보증금 환급 및 카드취소를 안해주고 수일내로 해준다고 해서 그냥 체크아웃했읍니다.벌써 4일이 지났는데도 아직 처리가 안된듯해요. 혹시 일부러 보증금 환급을 미루는 건지 의심이 갑니다.

출장시 자주 가는 호텔. 전반적으로 시설이나 서비스 조식은 괜챤습니다. 주변에 별로 상업시설은 없지만 맞은편에 한식당과 스타벅스 슈퍼 편의점이 있습니다. 택시는 요청하면 잘잡히는 편입니다.

가격대비 시설이 깔끔하고 훌륭합니다.

방음이제대로 되지않습니다

I just stayed for a day and the room was big enough to accommodate 2 people. but the location was not that good, there was no subway station nearby, so I had no choice but to take a taxi everytime I go out.

Room 상태도 깨끗하고, 위치도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 주변에 약간의 식당가도 있고 특히 한국식당이 근거리에 있어 편리합니다.

It is near by pudong air port and Tianma for me. decent hotel.

하드웨어는 4성급입니다 한가지불만은 복도 에어컨 소리가 침심까지 들리네요

翌日早いフライトで、空港からの送迎有とかいてあったのでお願いしましたが、しっかりと有料でした。空港まで30分かかるので、もっと空港の近くに泊まれば良かったです。 回りには飲食店も少なく、ホテルのレストランも明かりが付いていない状態。 設備の古さも感じました。

Thr hotel is located about 40 minutes drive away from Shanghai Pudong airport. We were only staying one night so this was OK and can’t comment on ease of access to Shanghai via public transport. The check-in process was easy. The reception person was very friendly and helpful. The room was OK although the power supply tripped when we had the kettle and the lamp stand on at the same time. The man on reception came to our room quickly and tried to resolve the issue himself. Eventually we were given a new kettle and we resolved not to use both items at the same time. The hotel was dated decoratively. The best bit of this hotel was breakfast which was superb with every appetite catered for. There were some great cafes nearby. One we enjoyed enormous platefuls on home made noodles with beef and vegetables for around £4 each.

Ett bra hotell som ligger 20min bort från centrum med tunnelbana. Personalen på hotellet pratar engelska rätt så flytande och är trevliga samt tillmötesgående. Frukosten var varierad och det fanns mycket att välja på, både västerländskt och asiatiskt. Jag är mycket nöjd!

地點有點偏, 周邊甚麼都沒有, 早餐質量不行, 房間整體還好 有免治馬桶及有免費電影

This hotel is in advanced state of neglect. Its probably seen better days. Staff speak nearly 0 English. Breakfast is a mess. Restaurant not big enough for number of guests. You go get food and when you return to your table it has been occupied by someone else. Staff dont make any effort. Food runs out at 9. Gym floor is like an abandoned haunted hotel. Reminds me of Stephen King's "the shining". Change room renovation never finished and place is abandoned no place to shower. Room temperature control doesn't work and room is always too hot and impossible to sleep. This place is best avoided as the price isn't even good.
