The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good as well.

This hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The amenities were well-maintained and readily available. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I would recommend this hotel to others seeking a relaxing getaway.

Front desk Staff was very helpful

The room was clean and spacious, with three queen beds. The pool and waterslide were fun, and the pool facility was clean and well maintained.

Everything was good overall. However, the “environmental friendly” system on the wall was not very “user friendly” & we could not seem to get it to a comfortable temperature- it was just very warm.

My alright, wa hello The wrong could’ve been cleaner very dirty windows. Lots of dust on everything headboard fireplace toilet still had urine in the on the back of the seat.

The property was great for our basketball stay ( 4 days) had the king room. Really clean, daily house keeping. Walking to Sobeys and many restaurants. Worth the stay

The front desk and breakfast bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was I could not get my room warm enough. 19 degrees was as high as I could get it. Got dressed under the covers before I left.

Staff was friendly and helpful; went above and beyond. Very clean throughout. Nice job on the breakfast.

Loved this hotel! Food was great, hot tub was Hot! (Which is huge for me, most are just above warm) the overall experience was nothing short than great!!

The hotel and pool are fantastic. Their Assistant Manager is absolutely awful and was power tripping all night. We had the pleasure of interacting with him numerous times and each time he made us feel like we were inconveniencing him and how dare we make him do his job. His prescience alone in that hotel was uncomfortable… 10/10 would never stay here again due to this individual. $230 a night we paid and the service by this man was garbage. Everyone else was so lovely and it is very clean. Also .. the kids weren’t even allowed water in the pool. ZERO drinks whatsoever ..he must be scared the pool will get wet if we spill.

Twice now we have had poor experiences at this property. Once we rented one of their more delux rooms and found many signs of someone else recently being in there before us (hair in toilet, hair tie left in bed etc.). This time I booked a king room because it is nearly impossible for my partner and me to sleep in a queen bed and was given a double queen room instead. When I inquired I was basically told "too bad". While we slept separately it wasnt ideal as I was dealing with a death in the family and being close to my partner while sad would have been a lot nicer.

Best indoor pool facilities in a hotel I have ever seen and experienced. Clean rooms and very friendly accommodating staff. Pet friendly and close to grocery and shopping amenities. A little on the pricey side but you pay for what you get these days.

Nice to have the pool, much cheaper to book with Expedia than directly with the hotel.

Great room, very clean and well kept by housekeeping. I had a problem with the wall thermostat and the heat not turning on after it shut off so the room got quite cold through the night. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. I reported it to front desk at check out so I'm sure it will be taken care of. Very nice breakfast.
