Todo el personal está extremadamente bien entrenado a ser simpático y ofrecer excelente servicio. Han hecho tremendo trabajo al seleccionar el personal. La calidad de la comida es muy buena. Las habitaciones son comodas y muy bien diseñadas, y la nuestra tuvo buena vista. Dos detalles menores: el interfaz con la tele no funciona bien y la "piscina" de la terraza de la habitación es tan pequeña que resulta ser una decepcion. La playa es agradable, bonita y bien atendida por meseros pero pequeña y un poco fangosa. La musica moderna alta desentona con la personalidad de la propiedad. Las piscinas son agradables. El gimnasio esta buen equipado y bien mantenido. En resumen, la mejor propiedad en Samana.

Our stay at Cayo Levantato was nothing short of exceptional. The resort is a true haven for relaxation. The private beach is absolutely stunning,peaceful,pristine, and never crowded. It felt like our own secluded slice of paradise. As a wellness-focused hotel, Cayo Levantado offers a calm, rejuvenating atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The food was excellent. A variety of local cuisine. A huge thanks to the amazing staff. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality.

Me quedaría corto si pudiera expresar realmente lo Mucho que me gustó esta propiedad, instalaciones de ensueño, isla privada con llegada en catamaran, comida excelentes y bebidas de primera, nos hicieron upgrade de cortesía, y la atención del personal es inmejorable, con el toque caribeño y de amabilidad que caracteriza a los colaboradores, sin lugar a dudas volveré y los recomendaré por todo lo que recibimos .
