데이터 잘 안터짐, 와이파이 변덕 개심함 지 기분좋을때만 연결됨, 드라이기 따로 요청해야 줌, 숙박비보다 비싼 보증금(2박 92유로에(도시세 포함x) 보증금 150유로 요구) 사이트에서 예약 할때는 보증금을 내야한다는 글이 없었고 체크인 할때 알게됨, 2인 2박에 도시세를 8유로 넘게 요구함

J'ai passé un agréable séjour fin juillet dans cet appart hôtel. Le personnel est au top et serviable et surtout à l'écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre. Plusieurs rangements sont disponibles dans l'appartement. La salles de bain etait rénovée. Dommage que le canapé lit soit ancien. L'emplacement est parfait et bien situé juste en face du vieux port, transport à proximité immédiate, les supermarchés aussi pour faire vos courses. Je reviendrai. Je recommande cet appart hôtel.

Residhotel du Vieux Port에서 세 번째 숙박인데, 이번에도 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 리셉션 직원분들은 언제나 친절하고 배려심이 넘쳤고, 4인실은 최근에 리모델링되어 매우 깨끗했으며 침구도 편안했습니다(저희는 좀 더 넓은 방을 선호하지만요). 항구 근처에 위치한 것도 정말 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭했는데, 시리얼 종류(크리즐리, 스페셜크 등)가 좀 더 다양했으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 빵과 페이스트리는 맛있고 신선했고, 간단한 안주류도 몇 가지 더 있었으면 좋겠네요. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!

가능하다면 별 3.5개를 주고 싶습니다. 3박을 묵었는데, 위치는 훌륭했고 아침 식사도 괜찮았습니다. 객실은 기본에 충실했지만, 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 저희는 정문 바로 위 9호실에 묵었는데, 좁은 일방통행 도로의 차량 소음이 끊이지 않았습니다. 경적 소리, 엔진 소리, 사람들의 고함 소리가 밤새도록 계속됐습니다. 귀마개를 끼고 다녀야 했습니다. 예약하기 전에 뒤쪽 객실이 더 조용한지 확인해 보는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

My money is missing! Everything is crystal clear. I want my money back. I had checked out of the hotel, but when I returned to collect my luggage, I realized I had left my passport and money in the room. They called the housekeeper, who said she hadn't seen them; however, when I went back upstairs with the receptionist, she found my passport wedged into the side of the armchair. My passport had been inside a small black leather bag along with the money. While the passport was found wedged in the chair, the bag containing the money is missing. When I asked them to have the housekeeper search again, they told me to go to the police instead of doing so; I have now contacted the police and am awaiting a response from you. You have my details on file; we stayed in room number 48 on June 19–20. Après avoir quitté l'hôtel, je suis revenu récupérer mes bagages et je me suis aperçu que j'avais laissé mon passeport et mon argent dans la chambre. Le personnel a appelé la femme de ménage, qui a affirmé ne rien avoir vu ; toutefois, lorsque je suis remonté dans la chambre avec le réceptionniste, celui-ci a retrouvé mon passeport coincé sur le côté du fauteuil. Mon passeport se trouvait à l'intérieur d'une petite pochette en cuir noir, accompagné de 410 euros en espèces. Si le passeport a bien été retrouvé coincé dans le fauteuil, la pochette contenant l'argent avait disparu. Lorsque j'ai demandé qu'on interroge à nouveau la femme de ménage, on m'a conseillé de m'adresser à la police, ce que j'ai fait. J'attends désormais une réponse de l'hôtel à ce sujet. C'est la 127e ville que je visite et je n'ai jamais rien connu de tel ; c'est une immense déception pour moi.
