Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.

Nous étions 3 personnes et avons eu la chambre Penthouse qui est vraiment un appartement magnifique avec ascenseur privé! L’hôtel est situé proche de tout (bus, train, bateau, Piazza Grande, funiculaire etc) Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better.

This was the cutest hotel right on the lake with the best breakfast ! The homemade burchermuesli was delicious

O hotel é bem localizado, quarto confortável e silencioso e um dos poucos hotéis europeus que oferecem café da manhã na diária. Tive uma ótima acolhida, mesmo sem falar inglês. A funcionária Ana, que é portuguesa, foi super atenciosa, dando dicas de passeios e dos transportes.

Accueil chaleureux. L’appartement était très propre et offrait une belle vue sur le lac. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec un choix varié. Surtout je veux souligner la gentillesse et disponibilité de Valentina.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und mega lecker. Zum Personal kann man nur in den höchsten Tönen loben! Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Parkplatz sollte man vorher reservieren da nur zwei zur Verfügung stehen.
