너무 훌륭한 위치와 적당한 가격. 그리고 저녁식사도 훌륭했습니다. 렌터카가 있다면 꼭 추천합니다.

We stayed in the corner room, which had its own bathroom and a lovely patio. We didn’t realize beforehand that other rooms share a bathroom, so we were pleasantly surprised to have a private one. It's worth noting that, like many hotels in Europe, this one isn’t staffed in the evenings. After 6 PM, there were no employees on-site. That also means no room service or food. However, they did leave out snacks and supplies on different floors, along with detailed instructions in case we needed anything. Once we adjusted to the setup, the stay was truly enjoyable. We especially loved having breakfast on the patio each morning. The staff were friendly and eager to help during the day, and the overall experience felt cozy and home-like, with stunning views of the city. Highly recommend!

La chambre était propre et le site enchanteur! Par contre, il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur et le restaurant était fermé lors de notre première soirée à l’hôtel!

Excellent views but little difficult to and fro to lucerne station. If planning to travel alot using trains the get a hotel vlose to station only otherwise do try this plus get to enjoy sloped train near hotel that goes down to main road

We have stayed here before and we love it here. We were warned in advance there was to be a big party that night of our stay. But it was no bother at all and so kind the hotel gave us advance warning. Such a beautiful place to stay

Wonderful bathroom, although no evening meal available had access to free public transport to get into town and back.

The property was good. The view is amazing.

Lovely comfortable room with an exceptional view. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed both nights we stayed. Breakfast was ok. It would have been good to have clearer instructions that you need to say you are a guest of the hotel in order to get a free trip up on the funicular railway (we expected it to be free and showed our Lucern Guest Card but were told by the ticket office that we had to pay)

Place was fine and staff super helpful but after a very long drive and dead tired, we were told the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday. The hotel location is rather remote but helpful staff directed us to the nearest.

Receptionist very helpful, providing information over and above ref what to see and do. Also very helpful saving a car parking space close to the property due to a car problem. We were both very impressed by the amazing views and would not hesitate to stay there again.

It is peaceful place, healing, tracking, fun with mini tram. staffs are fantastic and helpful, Oh my gosh, breakfast was fantastic too.

I have never had such a magnificant view while taking a shower. The room was perfect. Enough space for the three of us and the dog. Slept really well in the very good beds.

Las instalaciones están muy bonitas, la habitación estaba limpia, ordenada y las vistas eran espectaculares. Sin embargo, el acceso, si no tienes coche, es complicado, ya que el funicular que te sube hasta el hotel cierra muy temprano y el personal no te lo informa previo a tu llegada.

The hotel was clean but sort of sparse with limited dining. It looked like a nicely converted dormitory. Not much happening in the remote neighborhood.

Beautiful surroundings and outstanding food. Great staff.

A mountain hotel that has a funicular 10-5 it was lovely great views lovely check in staff but a long way to town
