가족여행에 적합함. 스위트룸이어서 그랬는지는 모르겠으나 얼리체크인 가능해서 들어가서 쉴 수있게 배려해주어서 좋은기억이 있음. 위치는 기존의 왕궁쪽과는 거리가 떨어져있으나, 지하철로 손쉽게 도달가능하고 저녁때 조용한 곳이라 좋았음. 조식은 크게 기대를 하지않았으며 종류가 많지는 않았으나 먹을것이 없는 수준은 아님

깨끗한 객실, 친절한 서비스, 맛있는 아침 전체적으로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 조그만 풀도 리프레쉬하기엔 적당했습니다.

전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

래디슨 블루 호텔 직원분들이 너무나 친절해서 좋았고, 아토차역과 미술관들이 가까워서 좋았습니다. 그리고 이비스 마드리드 호텔은 호텔공항버스도 있고 옆에 큰 마트도 맛집 레스토랑도 있어서 분위기가 너무나 안락하고 편안했습니다.

Nossa experiência no Radisson Blu Madrid ficou abaixo das expectativas. O atendimento foi apenas mediano, e o café da manhã deixou bastante a desejar — tanto pela qualidade das opções quanto pelo serviço ruim. Chegamos a tomar café apenas no primeiro dia e preferimos recorrer a uma padaria próxima nos demais. O quarto e a limpeza também foram medianos, bem distantes do padrão esperado para um hotel de categoria 4 estrelas.

Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to the Prado and Atocha station. We had a hot water issue when we checked in that was dealt with immediately, and the management (Pablo & Gaston) went above and beyond to make it up for us. I’d gladly stay here again next time I visit Madrid.

In few words this place is amazing. Excellent location, spectacular service and very close to the best places to eat in Madrid and the most iconic historic and architecture places in Madrid. Just be aware that the parking is limited..If you are planning to go please call them before to reserve a parking spot.

No domingo, tomar o café da manhã foi uma luta! Não havia lugar pra sentar, apenas uma atendente que estava nervosa de tão sobrecarregada. Pedi com antecedência que houvesse banana e ignoraram. Eu mesma fui ao mercado ao lado e comprei. Ou seja, na Vale o valor que pedem pelo café da manhã.

Everything at Blu was great... would be nice if there was an onsite gym, but small city properties, it is difficult... Staff were great and breakfast buffet was absolutely lovely. North American Hotels could learn alot... would recommend to anyone...

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Junior suite was phenomenal and comfortable. It took about ten minutes or more of running water to heat the shower or bath. I noticed the glass wall to my bathroom was cracked and there was a significant stain on the carpet, which looked like blood.

Mi estancia en el Radisson Blu Madrid fue simplemente impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente al Museo del Prado y a pasos de todo el Triángulo del Arte, lo que hizo que mi visita a Madrid fuera aún más especial. El personal fue extremadamente atento, la cubana del front desk bien atenta y cordial desde el momento de la llegada; siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Me hicieron sentir bienvenido en todo momento. La habitación era amplia, luminosa y muy cómoda, con una decoración moderna y elegante. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y cuidado al detalle. El baño con ducha tipo lluvia fue un verdadero lujo después de un día de recorridos por la ciudad.

Great location not swamped in tourists. Close to park and Prado. Very accommodating staff. Surrounded by bars and restaurants....so no need for in house facilities - though breakfast excellent. Room excellent.

Foi excelente. Somente o quarto estava com um cheiro de fechado por causa do tapete e do ar condicionado que ficava desligado.

Séjour agréable tout près du musée Thyssen . Mais cet hôtel n a pas de parking et aucun partenariat avec aucun parking . Le coût journalier est de 57 € ce qui est un supplément élevé à prévoir au coût de votre hébergement si vous venez en voiture . Par ailleurs, l’hôtel ne propose pas de tri sélectif (recyclage) aux clients ce qui est vraiment étonnant et dommage . Il y a à chaque étage des fontaines d’eau filtrée. Confort et petit déjeuner très bien . Restaurant fermé (vacances) au moment de mon séjour en août
