Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds was a bit uncomfortable but i will stay again. I liked their attitude. Very nice and again the room was really clean and fresh.

Motel 6 in Moss Point, MS, is not a typical hotel experience should one book looking for those things. It is a Motel which really makes a difference by title. This facility does offer you the comfort and space plus sufficient lighting quietness and a feel of privacy within the unit. The quality of cleaning is not the typical Motel 6 you would walk into, it was of great quality. During my stay was a change of management thus I cannot speak much on it truly. However, new management seemed to be of better customer service interaction. I look forward to booking there again and seeing what changes has occurred "if any" to possibly post a more accurate review based on given management.

The new manager Marshal was amazing with the customer service all around. He was very friendly and made sure I had everything I need for my stay. He held a conversation unlike most managers and employees at a motel. I will be going back again!

Bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows. Tv remote was filthy, motel smelt bad.

me and my wife and daughter stayed for one night the room was to hot took forever for it to cool off once it cooled off whole room smelled like nothing but marijuana the whole night hallways smelled like dead sunk there was pool like it states on there website no breakfast stuff at all just all in all terrible

Like menu items at fast food restaurants, what you get looks only marginally like the pictures presented on a menu board, or a website. It's dirty. Like hair in the towels dirty. And roaches. And laundered linens sitting in the hallways for hours waiting to be folded and put away. That's bad but the worst part is the location. The only people I imagine who feel safe there are the drug dealers who drive by every half hour or the aimless people wandering around all hours of the day and night between the Motel 6 and neighboring Super 8. I didn't feel safe there and I know my car wasn't. I checked out a day early figuring losing $60 was better than another night there.

The rooms are nice but the staff/owner proceeded to open my door at 9am screaming something about check out which wasn’t until 11. Then I told her that I reserved the room for another night and she made me give her $25 cash to stay in the same room which was already booked for that night or I had to leave at 11 and check back in at 3 and I had to work and was then told I could check in at 2 am when I got off so I had to pay her $25 cash plus the money I paid for the room online. The overnight clerk was very awesome and even apologized for her bosses behavior and said that is how she is.

The clean up lady doesn’t knock and wakes me up walking in the room every morning three hours before check out.

You get what you pay for. This was just enough to rest and go. The towels were dingy. and the drain needed a stopper to hide the rusted drain. I would not step barefoot in that tub. I'm just saying bring your towels and shower shoes.
