The grounds are beautiful. Some parts of it are a little dated, but nothing that would keep us from staying there. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the staff were very helpful.

Sweet atmosphere, design is authentic to the local area, beautiful gardens, nice staff, good food, free breakfast includes eggs, rice and beans, fruit, juices, good value, especially if you have children and need a suite.

Adorable, friendly staff

We stayed one night upon arrival at this hotel. Clean, well maintained hotel. Front desk staff very helpful. I forgot my phone at the car rental counter at San Jose airport and I can’t thank James enough for all his help in calling the necessary authorities to get my phone back. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bathroom amenities basic. Breakfast was good.

It is located in a nice area, nice design, beautiful swim pool.

Nice little park and pool. Rooms are ok. Food is mediocre

L'hôtel est bien. C'est calme. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais redondant si on y est comme nous 3 jours. Aliments chauds, oeufs brouillés et Gallo Pinto seulement. Le personnel n'est pas très souriant. Bon endroit tranquille pour y passer une seule nuit pas trop loin de l'aéroport.

Good alternative to big name hotels close to the airport, good self service breakfast buffet, food covered and clean, bar and a few restaurants and mini supermarket within walking distance, about 15-25 minutes drive from airport depending on traffic

Flowers and tranquility! We got in late from the airport and found everything perfect. There was a security guard on site who let us in and we found our room without any problem. There is a friendly cat and a wonderful delicious breakfast as well as delicious food if you choose to have dinner or lunch at the hotel. I will definitely be returning next time. I’m in Costa Rica.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are somewhat dated, but comfortable. The road noise is quite loud during the day but didn't bother us at night. Gardens are beautiful. Food was good.

All the staff are just wonderful everybody has the same fantastic attitude towards making your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible , nothing is to much trouble the whole team led by Jessica truly achieve the ultimate goal of actual customer service In my experience most companies fail to provide a satisfactory level , without doubt we will book this hotel again when we return to Costa Rica Thank you Jessica and all your team for making our visit so memorable and also for all your help and advice with our various bookings
