한적하지만 상가도 멀지 않고 주차장 넓음. 서비스도 만족할 만한 수준. 고속도가 가까워서 이동중 묵기 좋은 호텔.

AFTER BEING OUT OF OUR ROOM FROM 6:30 AM TO 5:00 PM WE RETURNED TO FIND OUR 2 ROOMS HAD NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO AT ALL. BEDS NOT MADE, TRASH NOT EMPTIED AND NO FRESH TOWELS. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Great stay with great breakfast and great accommodations!!

Very spacious room with comfortable beds

Everything was very good except: 1) The suite we rented did not have a safe where one could store important documents or valuables. 2) The king bed was very soft and unsupportive, so we woke up everyday with back pain.

Excellent service, quiet room, upgraded coffee

Staff is great! Place could use a little updating. Parking with boat was a little tight. First come first serve.

Needed an extra nice to rest and it was a perfect fit. Nice and comfortable.

The room was kind of dank and damp, likely due to proximity to the pool. The furniture was stained, and the bathroom showed signed of rust on the metal.

Haley and Trinity welcomed us to the property and provided caring service to us. They are superb ambassadors for the Holiday Inn in Cicero, NY The breakfast area was well stocked , clean and pleasant. The woman in charge was excellent in its operation. Housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. Inn was near everything that you might want( stores, restaurants and in our case a community hockey center.
