Deserves no stars. This is not a hotel anyone should want to stay at. It is not maintained, it does not feel safe. This hotel is in no condition for paying guests. Smoking indoors, holes in walls, exposed wires, burn marks and stains on everything. This is a dump. We had to leave and stayed at another place. This hotel wouldn’t give me a refund, I tried calling and only get hung up on. Embarrassing

The hallways smelt like urine, the entire place felt “ghetto”. The breakfast looked terrible, decided not to even try it. No window in our room even. Would’ve gone somewhere else, anywhere else, if we weren’t committed to the reservation.

It was such a breeze! Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy check out.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean, Lots of space to park with our business trailer. Great location. Close to everything!

The room had stained pillows and towels upon arrival. Cleanliness does not seem to be a priority at this hotel.

The room was very clean, I missed breakfast so I can’t talk to the quality of that, overall very relaxing stay

One of the main things for me was the fitness centre but none of the exercise machines didn’t work so only dumbbells were available which got me so upset.

Room, linens and towels were clean and the bed was fine.

The bed was very clean which was very important to me. But the walls weren’t clean at all. There was a blood splotch on the wall which I’m hoping was from a squash mosquito but still should have been washed. The bathroom needed an update. Restaurant wouldn’t over room service. But the staff at the front desk was very kind. A not vending machine even to buy water. Which I found odd. I had a short visit and the price was good but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than one night

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfy bed, breakfast was good, we used the bike and treadmill in the gym and everything worked well.
