It's a little far from key tourist attractions, but it's such a great hotel. It was a great stay with antique facilities and excellent service from the staff. Those who want a quiet and comfortable rest will never regret it

강변 풍경이 아름다운 호텔입니다. 오래된 고저택을 호텔로 개조하였고, 분위기가 좋습니다. 조식도 맛있고, 직원들도 친절합니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다. 위치가 다소 시내에서 떨어져있으나 무료셔틀을 제공하고, 우버나 택시를 타도 비싸지 않습니다.

시내와 2km정도 떨어져 있었지만 깨끗하고 안락한 시설과 맛있는 조식, 친절한 직원 때문에 거리는 단점이 되지 않았다.

센트로에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 한적한 곳에서 역사적인 건물의 정취를 물씬 느낄 수 있다. 호텔 셔틀이 센트로 까지 데려다 주고 데릴러 온다.

정말로 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 다들 친절하고 호텔 건물 및 객실도 아름다웠습니다.

Staff could be more pleasant and welcoming towards non white guests. It's obvious they behave differently towards non white individuals. The gentleman at the front didn't even bother to help me with bags or door when I was checking out and getting into a taxi.. didn't expect it from a Ronald owned hotel.

Rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable. Breakfasts were ample and absolutely wonderful. Bar and dining room were high quality. All the public spaces in the Palacio were beautiful and truly stand out. All staff could not have been nicer; they are wonderful m

Wow!!! This old Palace turned hotel is amazing!!! The service was above first class in all areas. Property was lovely. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We did order a late afternoon meal at the bar area because the restaurant didn’t open til 7:30. we ordered hamburger with fries but it came with chips and we ordered the salad with out chicken. They sent to chicken which was very dry. Loved to walk along the water. We took a 1/2 day private tour of Porto highlights which was excellent

Loved staying at this very beautiful and elegant hotel. Only area of minor discontent was darkness of the room and being on the first floor proximity to outside (literally 1 foot away,) so had to keep curtains drawn for any semblance of privacy.

Our stay at this beautiful and historic hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The room itself was elegant, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches that showcased both charm and modern comfort. The food was outstanding—each meal felt carefully prepared and full of flavor, making dining here a true highlight. The amenities throughout the hotel were equally impressive, striking a perfect balance between history and luxury. Every detail, from the décor to the overall atmosphere, added to the sense of staying somewhere truly unique. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning a return. The property is stunning the staff are very accommodating. Close enough to the old town by taxi that makes this a great place to relax and still be able to get into town and enjoy the sites.

Nada más entrar en ese Palacio, solo tienes sonrisas y muy buena energía. Sus instalaciones son muy buenas. Las cortesías excelentes sobre todo las trufas que te dejan por la tarde noche en la habitación. Víctor Miranda Manager del hotel es un CRACK, tanto en el trato como a la hora de solucionar imprevistos. Sandro, Inés y todo el personal son personas muy agradables y te hacen sentir como en casa.
