It's a little far from key tourist attractions, but it's such a great hotel. It was a great stay with antique facilities and excellent service from the staff. Those who want a quiet and comfortable rest will never regret it

강변 풍경이 아름다운 호텔입니다. 오래된 고저택을 호텔로 개조하였고, 분위기가 좋습니다. 조식도 맛있고, 직원들도 친절합니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다. 위치가 다소 시내에서 떨어져있으나 무료셔틀을 제공하고, 우버나 택시를 타도 비싸지 않습니다.

시내와 2km정도 떨어져 있었지만 깨끗하고 안락한 시설과 맛있는 조식, 친절한 직원 때문에 거리는 단점이 되지 않았다.

센트로에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 한적한 곳에서 역사적인 건물의 정취를 물씬 느낄 수 있다. 호텔 셔틀이 센트로 까지 데려다 주고 데릴러 온다.

정말로 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 다들 친절하고 호텔 건물 및 객실도 아름다웠습니다.

Nada más entrar en ese Palacio, solo tienes sonrisas y muy buena energía. Sus instalaciones son muy buenas. Las cortesías excelentes sobre todo las trufas que te dejan por la tarde noche en la habitación. Víctor Miranda Manager del hotel es un CRACK, tanto en el trato como a la hora de solucionar imprevistos. Sandro, Inés y todo el personal son personas muy agradables y te hacen sentir como en casa.

This is an attractive hotel a reasonable distance from central Porto. We liked it for the pool area which was quite beautiful and relaxing with a view over the river and one of the bridges. The Luis bridge/old town is a good 45 minute walk away but a fairly easy and cheap Uber (4-7 euro usually). There is not a huge amount immediately nearby but there is a nice riverside walk leading to a few cafe/bars and a good pizzeria. The staff were very good and helpful. Room size was decent in a superior double with room for an extra rollout bed for our child and still space to move about and sit on the sofa. Our 4th floor room had a lovely river view. Breakfast could be very overcrowded at times which was the only real negative.

Great place, we had a great time

An amazing location with luxe rooms, super comfortable bedding, delectable breakfast and comfortable modern amenities set in historical architecture. Would stay here again. The staff were helpful, unpretentious and friendly with a palpable sense of Porto pride!

Værelset var stort og meget rent. Rengøring var hver dag og de kommer om aften og vil gøre din seng klar til sovetid og der er te til afslapning før sovetid. Morgenmad var rigelig okay. Stor valgmuligheder og man kan også bestille special retter såsom omelet, osv. Restaurant om aftenen kunne være bedre. Maden smager godt. Men service kunne være hurtigere og kan måske får AC eller en blæser da det var så varmt at sidde der på trods at vinduerne var åbnet.

Prédio histórico lindo, todo restaurado. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Quartos bons e espaçosos. Vista linda.

The place was amazing. Excellent spot just on the river, beautiful building an pool area. Only thing that let it down was the service round pool was poor an took ages to get a drink.
