전체 평가 및 리뷰 Alenti Sitges Hotel

해변가 근처에 있어서 위치 좋습니다. 근처에 식당들도 많아서 편리하게 이용할 수 있구요. 호텔자체는 좀 작지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있는 것 같습니다.

해변과 아주 가까운곳에 위치해있고, 시설자체가 아주 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들이 매우 친절하셔서 아주 만족한 숙소였습니다.

다른건 다 좋았는데 화장실 문이 안 닫혀서 불편 했어요.

Fabulous all around

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting sitges. The roof top pool is amazing, and the rooms are very spacious.

Fantastic hotel in the center of Sitges. We had one of the penthouses with jaccuzi on the terrasse, the room was sparkling clean, the terrasse spacious. There is also a terrasse with a pool on the rooftop. The pool is quite small but still nice. Staff was very helpful. Great location close to all - can be noisy at night with the bars around the corner. Great place, would come back without hesitation!

While at first glance, the hotel looks great. The deeper you dig, the more you find deficiencies when it come to comfort and functionality. When we booked our hotel room, it was advertised as a king room with a hottub on the balcony. It was in fact a room that could either be 2 single beds or converted to 1 king. While I know that this is common in Europe, the beds were on very light weight frames on casters and therefore the entire bed would slide across the floor when you moved. Additionally, the night stands were wall mounted and therefore too far from the bed when configured as a king. Additionally, the room we were given was actually on the ground floor and the hottub was not on the balcony but was instead on a patio. The word balcony had indicated to us that we would be on an upper floor. Finally, we were given a handicap accessible room which in and of itself was not an issue but due to the design of the handicap accessible bathroom, there was not a single surface in the bathroom upon which we could unpack any toiletries for our stay. We had to ask for a luggage rack/stand and a tray from the kitten to be brought into our bathroom so that we had a surface to use. For what is billed as a high-end hotel, I think that all of these misses added up to an experience that was not as we expected.

Great location

Such a great stay! Every single thing was wonderful during my 3-night stay that I returned again the following week. The decor, cleanliness, location, but especially the staff were superb. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way for guests. Really one of the best hotel stays I've had anywhere in Spain.

Very nice and clean hotel in the middle of the party area in Sitges city. The staff is very polite and rooms are in a good standard. Nothing to complain about.

The room lacked some stupid accessoires like some coat hangers or a shower shelf where to put your shampoo, etc. The rest was perfect

Es un hotel reformado hace unos meses, por lo que está todo nuevo. Tiene una ubicación estupenda para tomarte algo, comprar y salir de fiesta. El personal del hotel, es de 10. Muy atentos y resuelven cualquier problema de una forma muy rápida. Muy recomendable, sin duda volveremos. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa, Equipo Alenti!

Con el hotel casi vacío y habiendo dicho que me darían una habitación con vistas a la calle, me dieron una habitación en frente de un muro blanco.

Area was loving and the staff was nice.

Ik heb hier een nacht gelogeerd. Het hotel is vernieuwd en ziet er netjes en strak (steriel) uit. Ontbijt voldoende, personeel is vriendelijk. Het was even zoeken naar de entree, de voordeur is stuk dus naar binnen via het restaurant.
