I was very unhappy with the check out process before I could settle the bill they had come to the room and started cleaning!! I had all my important documents in the safe did not even give me time to take it out!! Till today I have not got a phone call from the manager!!

The grand buggy ride up to the palace, the shower of flowers on arrival, the soulful qawali in the evening, and the breathtaking architecture create an unforgettable experience. Every detail — from the beautifully designed rooms to the exceptional food and impeccable hospitality — was simply mesmerising. I’ve stayed at many luxury properties around the world, but this experience felt truly special and different. Absolutely loved every moment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime royal stay.

Fantastic stay. Beautifully restored palace, exceptional staff and sumptuous rooms. A truly magnificent experience. Next time I am in Hyderabad this will be my only choice.

Outrageously expensive, but somehow worth it given its role in the history of one of India's great cities. Quirky, not perfect, but amazing restoration and wonderful restaurant. The evening music was a bonus.
