Huge room with balcony and the ocean view. Provided us many towels and pillows. But the safe was broken and the grab bar in the bath tub was loose and dangerous but the hotel fixed them immediately. Shower door only covers 30% of the bath tub. So. We had to take a shower in that 30% space in the tub which was very inconvenient and dangerous. House keeper left the balcony door open, and our room was infested by bugs. Perfect pool with huge umbrella but only 1 towel is given per person and the entire area was infested by bugs. Breakfast was good but not over the board as we’ve experienced in other hotels. We had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The menu listed scallop dish but described as clam in wine sauce. When I asked the server, he just said Yes with a big smile but I ordered because I liked both scallop and clam. However he brought a big bowl of mussels which I am not particularly fond of. When I told the server that I ordered scallop:clam dish, he said we don’t have clam in this area and left. So I was stack with the gigantic mussels which was tasty but not what I wanted. So I reported to the manager who dismissed our wine charges for a compensation.

Very nice hotel - spacious room, all amenities you’d expect, and really great staff. I loved the 10 days I spent here.

Séjour de 4 nuits en famille avec enfant de 2 ans, endroit parfait, sécurité et amabilité du personnel. Buffet du matin et midi, qualité de la nourriture au top. Belle carte de vins locaux.

Un buen hotel. Buena relación costo beneficio. Excelente desayuno. Buena habitación. Cama apropiada. Colchón y almohadas confortables. Buen spa.

Honestly... This was great. For MANY reasons: Firstly, the location is great. Really great. Not only is it conveniently near a lot of things but you have a beach, a pier and Mamaia Boulevard will take you to everything within 3ish kilometres which makes for an INCREDIBLY scenic walk. Secondly, the staff was so kind. Both receptionist during my stay were so, so kind and I felt really welcome. They helped me with an extension chord and the communication was pretty ok English-wise. I definitely felt like I could ask them for help and understand the reply, which is really important. The room I stayed in was really, really clean. Nice and warm and housekeeping every day while I went to the beach. It was just really, really great. My days in Constanza have been my best part of the trip so far (I am in Palermo right now) and even though the trip is 20 hours from Budapest I am honestly thinking of going back in a few days... That's two days from Italy... That's how nice my stay was. Also I didn't get to go to Navodari so maybe that's a trip to make if I decide to go back. Anyway... If you are going to Constanza... Definitely book here. The bus fare with microbus linia 23 was 8 RON (1,5 eur) so it's even doable to take the bus back and forth every day to see Navodari, City Mall or Constanza City. Very very clean

We arrived after the tourist season so some of the amenities were not active or fully staffed. The tradeoff is that their was no competition for the existing services. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend the IALKI to friends and family.

Very nice hotel by the seaside. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly and the hotel even has charging points for electric cars.

Property, food, maintenence was great. Staff needs better training.
